I just got takeout and it was my first experience here.... The food was packaged well and was still hot. The quesadillas were the best I have had in a long time! Quality ingredients, fresh veggies... Will definitely be back!

We got the pulled pork sliders which came with cheddar cheese and pickles. They pulled pork was super flavorful and not over sauced like you find sometimes. The side of roasted brussel sprouts left a lot to be desired. They lacked flavor so we asked our server to bring over some vinegar and oil. Didn’t help much.
I also got a cup of chicken and sausage gumbo which was really good and perfect on the cold November day. Full of hearty portions of meat and vegetables and the broth had a lot of depths and flavors.
A special shout out to our server Angel. He was really nice and attentive, and explained over the menu as soon as we were seated.

Amazing restaurant, with a beautiful atmosphere, amazing service and delicious food! I had the blackened salmon sliders and my husband had the honeycomb chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. Our server Sergio( i hope i spelt his name right) was fantastic! So friendly, attentive and welcoming. A new favorite spot and we hope to be back again! Thank you so much!

This is a super cute place. The menu is oddly varied, but the food was:
Baked potato: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I mean, it's just awesome that a place serves baked potatoes
Chicken Ceasar salad: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife is a chicken Ceasar salad snob, and she said it's one of the best she's ever had. It's great that they serve the dressing on the side too, so you can mix it how you like
Cute place. Nothing much changed from the previous owner, though. Met friends here for lunch and I was embarrassed that I had suggested this place. The service was beyond terrible. I had to get up 4 times to get the attention of the missing staff. I noticed another table (out of 3) looking around for their non existent waiter as well. Our server’s attire was filthy. She finally came over to get our order. She failed to ask the temperature for one of the entrees and it arrived mooing and had to be sent back to the kitchen. I had to get up to bring it to someone’s (not our server since she disappeared) attention. Each dish was unappetizing (don’t order the Calamari, btw - it’s rubbery). The server never came back to check to see how we liked our food. The only saving grace were the French fries. The disappearing server failed to ask if we would like dessert, coffee or tea. I had to get up to get the attention of the bartender who was texting on his phone. We ordered tea which arrived in a small mug with a tea bag in it for $4.00. The server didn’t bring any sugar to the table. Had to get up yet again to get it ourselves from the busing station. No one asked if we would like more hot water. The dessert is offered on a tiny overpriced menu. Obviously, none of us will be returning and neither will anyone we know be patronizing.

Great restaurant in the heart of downtown Winnetka. Their menu has a little something for everyone with a wide selection of local brews on tap and mixed drinks. I usually order the burger and add avocado paring it with Maplewood’s Son of Juice. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping in for a meal and/or drinks!
