I am always going to Starbucks at chestnut and spruce and I usually love the speed of their work and how there is often no wait when u order online. But recently the service has been down graded and so has their noticing to instructions. I have always gotten my bacon Goudas without cheese and that’s never been a problem. Recently all the times I order they always have the cheese on it and after waiting 30 minutes for my food I just don’t have the time to wait for another sandwich to come out. I’m truely dissatisfied with the recent service but hopefully it will improve!

Once again I came to this Starbucks... (it should be noted there are 3 closer to my house that I pass to come to this one)....and I met another super nice, friendly employee named Mark. I normally come here in the morning and I'm always treated so nice by those employees. Today I didn't get here until 5.. no difference...another fantastic employee. Thank you Mark

I had a bad experience this morning. I ordered my coffee and waited for it around 20 minutes. When I asked for that she told me that I hadn’t paid for that. I felt bad because she accused that I didn’t pay for that.
