Love this place! The treats here are so fun! You can make any creation with ice cream/jogurt that you'd like with their many toppings. The place is very cute and always immaculately clean. The Manger, George, always offers AMAZING customer service! Best place for a sweet treat!

While visiting this establishment with my family for my sons 5th birthday The manager came up to us and asked if my son can stop yelling, my family told him he was autistic and not verbal. He was actually Stemming to express his happiness. The manager insisted that he should wear a sign to let people know. Instead of just apologizing.
After the incident, I came up to tell him that I understand he didn’t know my son was autistic and we have to deal with this for the rest of his life. As his father, I have to stand up for him but, I can’t react with emotion to deal with a problem, but the comments he made about how my son should wear a sign was not necessary. He simply told me he is the manger, and told me to make sure that the place is pleasant for everyone. Which did have three other guys that I apologize to for my son and they said that it was no issue. I asked him how would wearing a sign change your perception of someone, he persisted to let me know he was the manger and let me know that he worked with people with disability for a year in college. then I told him, that you understand that all those people deal with everyday ignorance as well then.
The manager said yes, but then insisted that I leave the establishment because he didn’t like my approach. I never once swore or threaten him with physical harm. My only approach was to talk to him and to possibly not escalate a future possible altercation with someone else, by making a comment he stated. I only told him it could come off as aggression, I actually apologize for my family because they don’t know have to deal with this and I assume this was his first issue he ever had as a manager dealing with a autistic family. He proceeded to tell me that I can leave and didn’t want my business anymore I feel that this whole issue was blown out of proportion and a simple. I’m sorry, I didn’t know would have been fine and we could have continued our weekly summer visits.

My family and I took my nephew here on his 5th birthday. He is non verbal with autism (you wouldn’t know that by looking at him) when excited the only way he can express himself is through noises. The manager came up to us and told us he needed to keep it down or we can go somewhere else. After explaining to him that he can’t help himself, he still insisted we leave and caused a scene in-front of other customers who seemed to not have a problem with it at all! We have gone here for years and have never ran into this problem. We will no longer be supporting this local business. VERY SAD and ignorant!!!

Served cleanly? Your manager was cracking and eating hard boiled eggs in-front of the counter. And I have never been to an establishment that I had to announce a disability at the door! The manager was informed he had autism when he caused a scene in-front of other customers and still insisted we go somewhere else. Also mentioned we should “put a sign on him.” It’s wrong. End of story.

The guys behind the counter were awesome. Froyo was great. I tried the salty pretzel flavor and it was a surprise fav. I totally recommend it with chocolate. Great topping choices. Clean layout with Dairy Free options.

Plenty of froyo choices too, unlike other "froyo" shops I've been to that don't actually have a lot of froyo! Will definitely be back.

FYI the strawberry boba milk is definitely more like a dessert, so keep that in mind! I agree with another reviewer that I couldn't taste tea.
