Just went here for the first time and it was so cute! Halloween movie playing, bags outside. Who is assume is the owner, was so kind and helpful. So grateful for a frozen yogurt place since I don’t see many anymore.

A very nice and pleasant place to meet for coffee and dessert with friendly service, I personally recommend it

Brought my daughter here yesterday, this establishment goes above and beyond.

I arrived and not only were most of the machines empty or broken, the guy working behind the counter was super high and constantly stepping outside to smoke weed. The hours arent reliable either, often closing hours before, im assuming because no customers are coming in. Its not really a friendly experience anymore.

I have been hooked to the bubble tea and the freshly baked cookies and have racked up some points. Every time I walk in, I am always greeted and treated so well in Deck of Flavors. It doesn’t matter the day and or staff, I get consistent quality service. Family friendly, kid friendly. I enjoy looking at all of the beautiful and cool art pieces up on the wall. I adore the points and the rewards that come along with it. I have yet to try the frozen treats. I will be sure to update this review once I have indulged further.

Great service, aesthetically pleasing and clean establishment. The frozen yogurt was delicious plenty to choose from. Family friendly for sure. Will be coming back.

I love this place. It was a clean and calm setting. The flavors were really good.

So glad that I can come here again! This one employee got mad at me because I called her ma’am and rolled her eyes but I love the boba so much this place is amazing!

Message for management:
Please train your employees to prepare coffee and provide proper customer service. The staff seemed completely uninterested in answering even basic questions.
When I asked if they had oat milk, the employee opened the fridge, I clearly saw it was there but he still said they didn’t have any.
In the end, I wasn’t even able to get a black coffee because he seemed confused by my request.

Atmosphere was really chill. Place was mostly cleanly, but I can’t help but give it a 2 star because of the actual froyo. The one thing they advertise doesn’t taste good at all. The froyo is mostly a slushy, the flavor is non existent, and the toppings are far from fresh or preserved. All the flavors tasted the same some how and were reminiscent of a candle.
