Droopy's has been around for a number of years. In the past, they have served a good authentic Chicago Hot Dog, with fries. Do NOT order the jumbo hot dog. Get a regular BEEF hot dog. We ordered the jumbo hot dog last night. It tasted and smelled "off." I have no idea what was in that hot dog, but it was not beef. Horrible. Had to give to our pet dog. We also ordered the Corn Dog. Although rather small, it was very good, prepared and cooked well, with a BEEF hot dog. The French fries were good, if a bit small. If it had not been for the Corn Dog and fries the meal would have been a complete fail. Quality control is definitely needed on their jumbo dog. Cannot recommend Droopy's except for a regular Chicago dog and the Corn Dog.

Upon picking up our Family meal, hostess lies not getting our order. The cook busted out our ticket! Than says it CANCEL but doesnt know why and Its Door Dash responsibility! That was Bull, Seriously disappointed with her, " dunno" reply!

The onion rings weren't that good no BBQ sauce the ketchup was frozen and not good wait time was great the milkshake was great but I just don't get how you run out of the barbecue they need to change the oil

This place is bright, open, accessable, clean, and well kept. I brought the whole family. It was comfortable. We ordered Gyro's for dinner and milk shakes for dessert. The milk shakes are loaded with chunks of real fruit and are delicious. The service was really polite. They even gave us a cheese cake and brownie on the house because our order took a couple extra minutes when the phone started ringing with orders. The food arrived at the table it was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend trying it.For a family owned business I think this place is doing an amazing job. Keep it up.

Good place for a Chicago dog-- way out here in the far North suburbs (or other Chicagoland favorites like Italian beef/sausage/or combo). Gyros are top notch too.

The food was just okay. I did have a problem with the Horchata. The after taste had some funk to it. Like dirty water/ ice taste. It was very noticeable and pretty much un drinkable after a few sips.

This place was great! We were just passing through and needed a quick place for dinner, but didn’t want to go to the local fast food places. We got the chicken stir fry and the chicken shush kabob plate as well as a smoothie and side of fries. It was so good! The workers were very helpful too! Would definitely eat here again. Highly recommend!
My first time at droopys gyros showed me how much I should stop eating fast food. I ordered chilli cheese fries with gyro sauce. The gyro sauce was salty as a himalayan salt rock. I SO wanted to throw my lunch away mid-munch. The lady with eye lashes as long as a football field wasn't to happy to be taking my order so, I guess you could say the service reflects the quality of the food.

Had their chicken taco dinner, it was super good! The rice was the best rice I've had in a while. I've also had their buffalo chicken wrap and it was really good! Good food for cheap and nice staff!?

I’ve had their hotdogs many times. Hot dogs are great!I’m very Disappointed they’re not doing fresh hand cut fries anymore. ?Today I ordered a gyros. Did not come off the spit. they grilled it. The meat was dry and over cooked! Dont recommend!
