We ordered Combo D; they were out of King Crab and Corn but the server was able to suggest Combo A and subbed out at no additional charge. We ordered Fried Oysters, Cajun Fries and Fried Calamari. We ordered Rolled Ice Cream for my Son but they were out. The server explained the delivery was coming tomorrow for everything they were out of. Everything was delicious and the restaurant and restroom were clean. The only "tacky" part I felt was the attached slots room. My only suggestion, based on other reviews and experience would be to call in advance to see what they are out of. We will be back.

Seasoning is good, snow crab legs were good, potatoes were good, corn... extremely soggy. i had many crab boils before and they are always hot (temperature wise) when it arrives to my table. Everything was cold and the sauce was lukewarm. I was the ONLY customer in the building so i dont understand why my food came out cold.

Ordered food for our anniversary on the 21st. I have a garlic allergy and specially requested no garlic. Receipt was correct and the server confirmed our order out loud. Got home and smothered in garlic after sitting through the employees yelling the entire time we sat and waited for our order. The cook specifically made horrid comments about ignoring our order as it was being made. Called no manager on site for 2 days. Finally got a hold of the manager and no refund given unfortunately, instead remade our order fresh. Beware when she's not there the service is horrible. The manager personally said she'd make our meal, however she wasn't on site when we arrived to pick up the order and anothe employee cooked our food. Don't waste your time here. We are regulars of the site in McHenry and highly recommend them instead-- Unfortunately they were closed and no info was given about it. Be careful people with food allergies.

Worst seafood I’ve had ever. 1st red flag they were out of potatoes & sausage when I got there. The seafood quality was very horrible like Walmart is their vendor. Why where my crawfish bigger than the snow crab clusters. Snow crab tasted mushy & old. NEVER AGAIN

Had an amazing meal! So much food!! Seasoned extremely well & VERY fresh. They were accommodating and substituted more crab vs crayfish (for an up charge). Great deal for awesome food. ($138 for 2lbs of snow crab, 1 lb of king crab, 1lb of shrimp, Tons of sausage, corn and potatoes, sodas and a dessert) We've driven by several times and it doesn't look like much from the outside but now we know...it's not a drive place!

Let me begin by saying that we just wanted to try this place since it's close to where we were...Yes, the food was pretty delicious BUTThe place itself doesn't look too inviting and the inside is not too appealing. NONE of their appetizers were available since their fryer was broken (I even overheard one of the employees mentioned that it's been broken for " a couple of weeks". They also "ran out" of mussels so instead they had to "up-charge" us for more shrimp instead when we ordered one of their Combo. They also didn't have rice (yes, it's in their "add-on" menu.)One of the employees also decided to vacuum their "slot machine" area while we were eating which I truly think is rude.If I were you, I'd try their other location and hope that it's better than this one.

This place is the worst place to order from for delivery. I ordered on doordash and multiple dashers said that the doors were locked and the lights were off. While I was skeptical about them lying, I searched on google and it said open so I called but it went straight to voicemail and said they are unavailable. It might be good to dine in but don’t order for delivery.

Wasted all of my money! The shrimp basket was gross and tasted like old grease. The wing basket was terrible idk what kind of wings they gave me but it was not good I didn’t eat it! Upset
We ate in the restaurant July 23, 2021. I'm not sure what I expected but it surprised me how delicious the food was. The restaurant isn't fancy: plastic silverware and cups, roll of paper towels on the table. But, the seafood and sausage was tasty. The cajun seasoning - so good. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes crab boils, or anyone wanting to give it a try,

i love boil, dining in , we ordered 1 of their combo meal, was told that they are out of a lot of items in the combo (e.g. no lobster, king crab, blue crab ,etc)… now, we understand at times shipment has issues, so we negotiated for substitution which our server made us to believe that its ok, since they dont have their usual items on the menu. Noticed flies around, Food was served, floating in a bowl of “ fluid” , flies started swarming us, we ate anyway while waving paper the whole time for the flies. Our server of course checked on us, told her about the “flies” situation, claimed they had to open the backdoor because it was too hot, she assured me this does not happen at winter time! ?. Used the restroom…mens room had p*** (unflushed toilet , flies where there?), Now for the bill! Are you ready? We paid $102.17 for Combo A($56.99), drinks, PLUS a surcharge for the substitution!!! ?…. oh, i know they only work there, hence this review?, i paid for the meal, i made it known that this was our first & last. The cashier tried to explain on delivery concerns, so why would we pay for their inconvenience? it should be the other way around! We drive to find restaurants that serves this type of menu , but this was something else!.

Picked up Combo B tonight and was extremely happy. Young lady & young man working were very polite. Service was right on time and the food was delicious. We recently went to Bob Chins and I have to say that Wild Crab Boil was so much more flavorful. We will definitely go back.
