Came here to grab some ice cream and just received the most appalling customer service EVER! and by who I can only assume was the manager. Here's the deal....if you're unhappy at your job, that's not my fault. DO NOT take it out on the customer ESPECIALLY when I wasn't rude at all. IM LIVID and totally disappointed to now read on Yelp that this is a common problem and hasn't been dealt with.

I've lived in Itasca for almost 30 years, and have had a bad experience at this Baskin-Robbins more than half the time I've been there. Yesterday was the last time I'll ever go there. We purchased an ice cream pie for a birthday party, and did it on-line for pickup. We paid for it when we ordered it so all I'd have to do is pick it up.
