Served undercooked hashbrowns... yuck.
First time visiting this location in a few years. Used to be my favorite Dunkin' in the area, not anymore.
I am sick of not being to use the app on my phone because the system is down, get it fixed. Always blame it on a storm even when there isn't a storm. Get a new manager that is going to keep things running or get them fixed when needed. I'm going to call my credit card and see about getting my money off of their stupid app that I can't use and start going somewhere else.
