Marino's Pizzeria & Cafe

I got the lasagna take out to the hotel. Best lasagna I’ve had in years! I will be stopping here every time I come to Chicago. Very nice restaurant even though I didn’t dine in.

Fantastic food!

Love this place. All the food is great, the pasta, the sandwiches but the pizza is top notch. My favorite the Sicilian, fresh basil, plum tomatoes and mozzarella, add in your protein amazing. The pie is a bit thicker and the crust is perfectly crunchy 😋

My husband, daughter and I just moved to Wood Dale from the city. One of our first orders of business was to find an Italian restaurant. Our home inspector told us we had to go to Marinos. I'm so thankful for that recommendation. The first day we each ordered pasta and it didn't disappoint. We loved every bite. We met Dino and he treated usime we were family. He's not just a great chef, he's thoughtful and hospitable. He went out of his way to welcome us. Our next order was through Doordash. We ordered pizza, cheesecake, tiramisu and an entire chocolate cake. We couldn't get it in our mouths fast enough. Tonight we ordered the clams, calamari and wings. Everything was delicious but the garlic parmesan wings were the best we have ever had. We've had wings from every wing place around. Marino's wings is perfectly flavored and cooked. There is still two pieces of chocolate cake and after a week, it is still moist and delicious. I don't know how he does it but Dino has perfected the art of cooking. We will always have room for Marinos and can't thank Dino enough for being so welcoming and kind. My advice is to order some of everything but definitely try the wings!!!!!!

I have to say, this is a truly unique Italian restaurant! Although it was my first visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the fresh ingredients, delicious seasonings, and rich, flavorful soup served at lunch. Best of all, a special lunch set costs just $12.05—not to mention that I was able to enjoy an authentic espresso here.
