Food was great and made fresh however, it took well over 20 minutes just sitting at the window waiting..and then finally the girl who.took the order finished like staring In literal space, finally realized the bag of tacos had been placed like right of her register screen and then preceeded to check over what was in it. Then opens window asks us I repeat 12 tacos no lettuce . And has to call over another lady to confirm( how to count. I guess,) no to confirm it was our order....

. I ordered via mobile app and went in to pick it up. Food was prepared properly with all the modifiers and requested sauces. It was fresh and hot. The dining room area was clean. Friendly & BUSY staff. Greeted me when I walked in and let me know about my order status when I said I was a mobile order. Atmosphere is low bc JIB is so small and outdated inside but I understand that not many people eat inside there much, so it's probably not a priority.

Food is usually pretty good, but the last few times we have been there, the food was cold/tasted reheated. Tacos tasted stale and have there burgers gotten smaller? The only thing that was fresh was the egg
