Most of the time, this JJ's is spot on. Today was not the day. My wrap was beyond description! It was falling apart, the sauce was leaking out of the wrapper, the tortilla was saturated, the meat & veggies feel out every where!
I had my first Thai Chicken Wrap a few weeks ago- it was phenomenal...today's may have turned me off all together!
Over an hour wait time for all my delivery orders (when I'm at work) bad customer service and just bad management. If you're short staffed, hire more people? Will not be spending my money there anymore. Manager did nothing but apologize and void my payment, didn't offer anything else
