“We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“

“I haven't been there in a minute, but gone twice this month and both times the food has been fire. Ultimate and O rings, and the a jumbo breakfast platter today. Both times hot and fresh and tasted great with good portions. Very timely and the staff was super friendly. Been going here for near 20 years and I think right now might be their peak. Hit them up, it's worth it“

“Haven't had Jack in Box in a long time, have to say it was very good, fries cold but that's expected. Cheesy double burgers were close to hot still n very good, tacos as I remember ,not a fan of meat“

“There was only 1 employee working it looked like so had to wait a little bit which is fine but when the food came the French fries were cold and so were a few of the tacos
