I was at this restaurant in August of 2023 and ordered 2 cups of chili. Both cups of chili were mostly broth, about 20% meat, beans etc. . When I informed the employee at the counter and the manager about the chili I was told that someone must have made that batch incorrectly and that there was nothing that they could do about it. They also were out of about half of their products at the soda fountain. I reported this to the corporate office and they apologized and offered a refund...read full review
