I ordered boneless wings with three different sauces, and the order was completely inconsistent. Half of the wings were nearly dry with barely any sauce, while the others were drenched so heavily that the takeout box was literally soggy, especially from the lemon pepper wings. On top of that, the wings themselves were ridiculously small, almost all breading with hardly any meat, and they were tough and unpleasant to eat. It was honestly disgusting and was a total waste of money. I won’t be returning.

Shout out to my man Cory. He’s a newer server coming from warehouse work. He was very nice and helpful while taking care of me and my family. He still learning the serving ways and from a former server I know he did his best to ensure we were ok and taken care of. When he wasn’t sure he said he’d go and ask someone so he can get us what we wanted. He was very polite and thanked us for being patient and that right there showed me he actually cared about what he’s doing. Definitely deserved the 40 percent tip.

I remember every time I go into one of the restaurants, everyone is welcoming. I have not encountered any employee in any store who was not. The food is great, and I love the ones I usually order. The only reason I lowered a star is because of certain preferences in taste. I do wish some sauces would be less spicy, so I would be able to try more than the ones I usually choose. All in all, thank you for your wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. I always enjoy ordering and spending time at your restaurants!

The new appetizer deal is what brought us in but our waitress Maddi, was what made our dinner awesome. She was kind, checked in on us, and gave great recommendations. The food was good as expected. We got a chicken sandwich and wings. If you decide to eat at this BWW, ask for Maddi!
