Been coming here for years. The quality of the food has really gone downhill. Recent visit - the pasta looked like it had been sitting for hours & the taste was horrible, dry, overcooked. Won't be coming back.

Our waiter neglected to bring rolls/bread with our soup/salad. We didn't realize this was an error until we were already served our entree and everyone around were getting roll/bread baskets. On the way out we mentioned it to the hostess, she said "oh, we must have run low".

We came in with no reservations, we got a table for two. Service was outstanding and the food was great! They sat us near the bar, we could see the pizza oven working. Sports were on the TV above the bar. We came in at a good time. There weren't many people here, but it quickly filled up.

The lasagna was not good, specifically the meat. The meat (the ground beef) tasted like it was sitting out for too long. I was still charged for the lasagna even though I was unable to eat it. I wish the meat was fresher. The service was nice though.

Come here with a group of 8 ladies every few months. Tonight we have a reservation. We all get there and right off the bat server is inattentive. Half the table gets drinks but she never goes to the other end. Takes her forever to ask for our order. We ask her to give separate us checks which has never been a problem in the past. She says they can only do 2. She comes and lays the folder with the bill inside and says we have a party waiting for this table so we need you to pay and leave as soon as you can. We look around there are not even 8 people waiting at all and there are empty tables. Open the folder and there is only 1 check. I tell her that’s fine but we will need time to figure out the charges and we will give her 8 credit cards. She says that they no longer allow this. Manager comes over and says only one card will be accepted and we need to figure out who is paying our 400.00 bill. We are all senior citizens on a fixed income. They eventually gave in but they lost some very good clients tonight. Not only do the 8 of us come together but we dine here regularly with our own families. Never again. Plenty of other good restaurants in the area.

I ordered the chicken with portobello mushrooms and a choice of marinara or alfredo sauce and I chose alfredo. The entire dish was way too much sauce and so much cheese I could barely find my pasta on the bottom of it all. I had about 4 bites and I was full, it was just TOO rich. They need to ease up on the cheese and sauce. I didn't care for it and ended up throwing out the leftovers. It's my first time there, but perhaps I'll try something lighter next time.

I’ve been to Clara’s several times and each time it gets better and better! My kids love going there as they have a great children’s menu with a ton of options! The Food, the service can’t be beat!

Love Clara's! Always one of my favorite places to eat. Ate here the other night and was full until the next afternoon. The portions are big, the service is spectacular and really like the fresh new look on the inside. Highly recommend the sausage and peppers appetizer.

Honestly really disappointed with the quality of this food. I expected a lot more from a place that states they make fresh pasta and sauces, especially for the prices $30 a meal should taste better. Via’s in Naperville is 100x better, same price if not cheaper, better flavor profile, and tastes homemade/high quality

I had the zucchini pasta with Alfredo and it turned out like soupy garbage. It was too watery. It didn't taste all that great either. The prices are outrageous especially for toppings too. I spent 10.99 on shrimp and another 3.99 for just mushrooms. Then the price for a bottle of low quality cheap wine was outrageous! I probably won't be back!
