I went to this location on March 13th around 8:30pm. I was highly disappointed with the service. The young lady working behind the counter was incredibly rude when I asked for clarification about the waffle cones available. Next, I asked her to add strawberry and brownie to one of the original mixtures on the menu, she added two frozen strawberries and didn't break them up at all. After she placed it into a cup, I reminded her that I had infact asked for a waffle bowl earlier while we were discussing the options, when she rudely rolled her eyes as I asked whether or not they had green cones available. She acted as though I should know they didn't have green cones availble as she gestured to the back counter with her hand to show the cones, because all they had on the back counter was the regular cones. It was an unprofessional way to handle a simple question. I understand she's young and there was a long line due to the wonderful ice cream at Cold Stone, so she might have been stressed, but poor service all around. So, she apologized for putting it in a bowl and offered to put it in a cones bowl and I said no that's okay. At this point I just wanted to go home and eat the ice cream with two frozen strawberries in the middle.
I'm writing this review late, because tonight I wanted to go back to cold stone with my daughter for some ice cream but unfortunately we opted out of going back to this location due to this young lady. So, I figured that's worth a review.
Constantly has problems with efficiency and equipment. The service is extremely slow, they typically are not prepared for the day and run out of flavors, and it seems like no one knows what they are doing.
Abysmal. I should have trusted all the bad door dash reviews this location has. This is the second and final time i ordered from this location and both times it's been terrible. The first time we ordered 3 quarts, only for the founders favorite quart to be the cheap, and frankly gross, 10$ prepacked version (even though we paid over 18$ to get the one they make/mix in store) and the other two quarts were VERY overfilled with topping to the point you couldnt taste OR feel the texture of the ice cream! It was a syrupy MESS. Today we decided to give them one more chance and ordered one quart and as soon as we placed the order I called the store and spoke to a girl to kindly request they dont put so much peanut butter & fudge when they make it because there was too much the last time we purchased. As soon as I stated the request she said “i got you”, without asking my name or what the order was, so i said “ok” then told her my name and that it was for the mudpie mojo and she just said “i got you” again, in a really sus tone. At that point I really wanted to ask her name because it seemed like she had zero intention to honor the request, but i refrained and just let it go. Only to now have it arrive and SHOCKER it is more fudge & peanut butter than ice cream!!! I tried moving it around with a spoon to see if maybe it was just the top part that had a lot but no. It is completely oversaturated and thoroughly mixed throughout, debatably even more than the first time, as if to punish us for calling to make a simple and polite request! When i tried to clean off the spoon i used to mix it around, it woudnt, because there was so much peanut butter stuck to it. Stomach churning. A completely inappropriate amount, especially considering the request that we made for it to be made with light pb & fudge. Ive gotten this exact order at other cold stones before and not had this problem (and i didnt even have to make a call/request at those locations!)

Very slow service. When we came to pickup the order was not ready. Moreover, the server with a babushka on her head doesn't wear disposable gloves, which is unacceptable while working with milk products.

The service was absolutely amazing! Nathan who served me my ice cream had such amazing service to me! He was very kind and patient when I was unsure of what to get! Nathan deserves a raise because this is the best service I have gotten in a very long time! Tell him thank you!,

This place has great ice cream and the employees are always nice and great towards us and all the other customers. One day I tried this ice cream with my cousin in Minnesota and I loved it. I looked up if there were any in my area and I saw this one, I go there around 4 times a month, and I love it. The flavor is good and it never gets old, each time you drink/eat it is as good as the first time you did. Well deserved 5 star.
Parking: There is free parking sports.
Kid-friendliness: The store has a cake book that shows all the options the kids can do for birthday cakes or just cakes for any type of celebration, I always notice that kids enjoy reading/ seeing the book to see what type of cakes cold-stone have (most of the time to look about what movies they are based on haha)

My last three orders
1) Ordered on their website: went to get it. They said they didn't get the order. The manager said she thought she saw an order come through. Kid said they didn't make the items on the order. Manager said yes they do. It's a current special. Found my order slip - in the garbage can.
2) Ordered the $50 family pack. Got it home and got three teeny ice creams (supposed to have been quarts), a dollop of hot fudge (literally a dollop) and some whipped cream. Went back to the store - the girl admitted she didn't know how to make the package.
3) Got my order delivered. It was correct! Found a big long strand of hair in my ice cream.
This all happened in the last three months.
Find another Cold Stone - which is sad because this used to be a great store.

gave me the wrong item ;-; and i didnt realize till i already left so i delt with it. there was an issue with the payment not working, not the employees fault but managment needs to get ontop of fixing that. but the ice cream was ok.

Placed an order for delivery April 26th, which we've done many times before without issue. About an hour later I received an email that the order had been canceled and I would need to contact the store for more details. I called the store to see what the problem was a young kid answered and couldn't tell me why the order was canceled just that I would receive a refund and I could place the order again. I waited several days for the refund it never came I called again May 1st spoke to another young kid she asked for my full name, order number, order total, and phone number gave her all my info and she said that she would call back in 15 minutes. Never got a call back and still have not gotten a refund. Called yesterday May 13th spoke to a young woman who said she needed to call her manager and she would give me a call back. Never received a call back and still no refund. I just don't understand why there is so much run around for an order that they canceled? If you're going to cancel an order shouldn't you automatically issue a refund for an order you cancel? I've contacted corporate waiting to hear back from them, but next step would be to dispute the charge with my credit card company I just didn't think it would be this hard to get a refund for an order I never received.

The new girl messed up the whole ice cream with bad combination and she didn't know how many flavors per box and she charged extra.
