I got a value gift card to this place. So I figured it would be a good time to check out Cold Stone Creamery. They have a wide selection of ice cream and sweets. It is a bit pricey but the quality is good. Next time I get another gift card I will return.

I'm a doordash driver. The staff was super nice to me, didnt make me feel bad about doing my job at all.

The reason im leaving a 5 star?

Their bathroom has a bidet.

Any bathroom from the year 2068 deserves 5 stars imo.

Tried red velvet Oreo birthday cake & the cake was dry

Hire more workers. Can’t have one person here on a summer Saturday with a line of people and when manager comes in he disappears to the back room

Just got a delivery from Grubhub- they skimped on the ice cream portion, the sprinkle waffle bowl has almost no sprinkles, was broken and is so stale it's squishy. Absolutely disgusting, I will go back to ordering from Lagrange even though it's almost an hour awag.

The employees are always super nice. Some are a bit slower but overall it’s fine. They’re always nice as well. I’m surprised by the bad reviews. Maybe it’s cause they’re door dashing the ice cream. I always go in person and always have a fine experience. Ice cream tastes good. They even made an order in the back one time to avoid a tree nut contamination.

Viviana and Payton made me and my besties night because they crafted very specific ice creams for us AND played the cutest video game tunes!!! I love them and the crew

The one star is for the young man who was working tonight around 6:40 pm. He’s great. I came in with my daughter and there was a customer before us who the young man was helping. When the 2 girls that were working saw me and my daughter come in they ran in the back. I even saw them peep out 2 times while we were still standing there and they didn’t come to help. I have my suspicions about why they didn’t. It was very telling when another family came in, they both came out to help. It was quite disturbing and disgusting they didn’t try to help their co-worker with me and my daughter while they were in the back doing absolutely nothing.

Y'all are going to struggle all spring/summer if you don’t get this pace together asap lol. Sheeeeesh

I went to this location on March 13th around 8:30pm. I was highly disappointed with the service. The young lady working behind the counter was incredibly rude when I asked for clarification about the waffle cones available. Next, I asked her to add strawberry and brownie to one of the original mixtures on the menu, she added two frozen strawberries and didn't break them up at all. After she placed it into a cup, I reminded her that I had infact asked for a waffle bowl earlier while we were discussing the options, when she rudely rolled her eyes as I asked whether or not they had green cones available. She acted as though I should know they didn't have green cones availble as she gestured to the back counter with her hand to show the cones, because all they had on the back counter was the regular cones. It was an unprofessional way to handle a simple question. I understand she's young and there was a long line due to the wonderful ice cream at Cold Stone, so she might have been stressed, but poor service all around. So, she apologized for putting it in a bowl and offered to put it in a cones bowl and I said no that's okay. At this point I just wanted to go home and eat the ice cream with two frozen strawberries in the middle.

I'm writing this review late, because tonight I wanted to go back to cold stone with my daughter for some ice cream but unfortunately we opted out of going back to this location due to this young lady. So, I figured that's worth a review.
