Excellent. Flavorful. Charded on the outside, tender cuts of meat. Juicy chicken kabob. This place is busy for a reason. We're from Evanston, worth the drive. We met Ed to say thanks. He is so kind, and we feel his heart and soul in the lamb dishes. Good things have to be in store for this Gem. Again Excellent.

Ed’s Kitchen is honestly one of the best spots around. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made like they actually care about what they’re serving. The portions are perfect, the prices are fair, and the staff treats you like family every time you walk in. You can tell they put pride into everything from the way the food tastes to how clean and welcoming the place is. If you want great food and great service, Ed’s Kitchen is the place to go. I tried Ed’s Kitchen today and was honestly blown away. The food is super fresh, flavorful, and you can tell they really care about quality. The chicken kabob was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the portions were generous without feeling heavy. Service was fast and friendly, and the place is clean and comfortable inside.
It’s rare to find a spot that hits all the marks—great food, great people, and great prices. Definitely coming back, and I’m adding this to my regular rotation. Highly recommend!
