We went there once dine in, and it was not bad. A week later, I did a drive through. It took long, and got home to find out a bag of chip, napkins, and spoon were missing. What’s going on? Make sure to check your order before leaving.

I really need to speak this time. I love Panera bread but this location has been a joke. It was 1 night I was having dinner with my friend They were supposed to close at 9pm. We are still eating at 8:40 by 8:55. They turn the dinner lights Area off on us. Without telling us. Oh, we are about to be closed. Today I ordered a bagel they took 20 minutes to make it. How hard is it to make a toast bagel. I really will not recommend this location at all.

Today I was at this location and Delaney was working the register. She is always so friendly. I love to see the workers that have been there for years because the place always runs better. The coffee machines are always working and everything is stocked. I always see new staff but they don't compare to the veteran staff who are always friendly faces and know their customers by name. This friendly atmosphere is what makes Panera different from other coffee places so I hope they dont change the staff because pretty much everything else has changed from the original Panera that was on 75th near Walmart, then they moved to the location that was previously across the street, and this new location is not as nice. I know it has a drive thru but its uncomfortable and the cafeteria tables are really awful and there is literally no place to set your coffee cup so you can put cream in it.Apparently, Panera moved from its old location to this location because there would be more room and they could have a drive thru. But besides the drive thru the inside is not built to be inviting. There are constant coffee spills and drink spills because there was not enough room made at the drink area. I can't believe a manager has not found some small table to put near the drinks where customers could set down their cups. If all the tables are taken, this is a huge problem.Please fix some of these issues because I loved the location prior to this one and there are some solutions for these issues. I do love the coffee club and coming in every day.Parking: The parking lot is small and gets busy, especially with the drive thru. Its not hard to find parking, its just a small space to navigate sometimes.

I went through the drive through and waited in a waiting stop for 10mins for 1 sandwich and a regular size drink. 3 other cars waiting as well. Plus it cost me $17!!! I thought they finally brought my food, but inside was not my order.

Placed an online order for pickup at the window. They gave me the wrong item in this right bags. Apparently they knew they did this because when I came back they had my food in a bag with the same ticket with my name. Came inside hoping it would be quicker since the drive thru had a long line. Nope that lady at the counter didn’t pay any attention. Food was thrown together so messily and unappetizing.

I'm just about done with Panera. I am so amazed how little food you get for the money. For $50 we got 1/2 soup 1/2 sandwich, Caesar salad with grilled chicken and a bowl of chili. Plus we tipped the driver $5, who was on the phone and wasn't even going to say thank you. SMH. If you don't want to pay the convenience fee to order online or tip the driver you'll save $10 but still. Why do I have to pay for Panera's technology development and marketing and admin activities. Food was good so they are getting an extra star for that

This place is ridiculous. I order Panera almost every day and 90% of the time they get it wrong. Today was the worst when I decided to try their breakfast menu. DISGUSTING. EVERYTHING IS DRY OVER COOKED AND YOU COULD BARELY choke it down. Threw it all the way.
