Today I was at this location and Delaney was working the register. She is always so friendly. I love to see the workers that have been there for years because the place always runs better. The coffee machines are always working and everything is stocked. I always see new staff but they don't compare to the veteran staff who are always friendly faces and know their customers by name. I'm just about done with Panera. I am so amazed how little food you get for the money. For $50 we got 1/2 soup 1/2 sandwich, Caesar salad with grilled chicken and a bowl of chili. Plus we tipped the driver $5, who was on the phone and wasn't even going to say thank you. SMH. If you don't want to pay the convenience fee to order online or tip the driver you'll save $10 but still. Why do I have to pay for Panera's technology development and marketing and admin activities.
