“Megan at the cashier's desk was extremely helpful and kind. As I was getting my sip club coffee, she came over to tell me I had 3,000 points in my account that I could use for a breakfast sandwich. Thankfully she informed me of this as I did not know, and had not eaten breakfast, nor yet had the funds to buy breakfast. The food and coffee and atmosphere all were also excellent. Thank you!“

“I like crumbl. However, as someone who competed in the Scripps national spelling bee, I just can't ignore the fact that crumble is spelled wrong. I mean, who really knows why they just left of the E. Like is it supposed to be CRUMB L like do I want my cookies to be in Crumbs and then take the L. Im just confused. “The cookies are amazing as always! Staff can try to be a little more friendlier they give the factory worker feel (hot miserable & not trying to be there). Doesn’t feel welcoming but thankfully I’m not there for them 🤪 there for the cookiesss but a lil customer service goes a long way & if that’s too much try smiling it’s contagious! 😊“

What a treat! After enjoying late lunch at Piccolo Buco, our family was definitely in the mood for something sweet, and who better to guide us than my niece, who clearly knows all the best spots! We popped in, and right away, Haleema and Nakiah who was working there last night, greeted us with such a bright, welcoming energy. Their kindness and cheerfulness really set a lovely tone for our visit – it’s always wonderful when the staff makes an experience even better.

We started with some cookies, and they were absolutely spot-on. The chocolate chip, velvet Oreo, and semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies were all beautifully soft and warm, and my kids were over the moon with them. But then came the real discovery! My niece introduced me to the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup, and as a self-proclaimed connoisseur of all things strawberry and chocolate, I was instantly captivated.

Seriously, you guys, when I tell you this was hands down THE BEST Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup I’ve ever tasted, I'm not exaggerating! Every single layer was pure perfection: the juicy, fresh strawberries, the delightful crunch of the kataifi pastry, the incredibly smooth and creamy pistachio butter, and then, sealing the deal, that decadent Belgian milk chocolate. The execution was flawless, and each bite was an absolute dream. We were so smitten that we ended up ordering 2! It’s a bit of a bummer that we don’t live closer, but we’re absolutely thrilled to have found a new go-to place for truly exceptional dessert.

“I got a cloud cake during mother's day and the staff was super nice, they even included something to cut the cake, some candles and a mother's day decoration. The cake was phenomenal.... it was just perfectly sweet and soft. I absolutely recommend that you try something from this place“

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“I do think these are the best donuts in Chicago area, or that I've ever had, specifically the glaze and the chocolate. I'm from Texas and have high standards for simple yeast donuts. The Chicago area is really lacking in independent donut shops, so when I found these, I was so happy. I found the original D&Ds location a couple of years ago, but was happy when this location opened as it's closer to me. There is a very professional and kind young man that we've seen work the register at the shop a couple of times, and the owner always offers up samples to newbies, so the service here is great. The food and service are truly 5 stars.
The only downfall of this place is, as other reviews have mentioned, there have been multiple times I've tried to come during business hours, and they are unexpectedly closed for the day. And I'm left heartbroken. To avoid this, I would definitely call before heading there. I won't stop going because I truly believe in their product, but I definitely won't head there unless I've confirmed they're open.“

“I've been coming here for 2 years and this place is absolutely amazing❤️ the cookies are amazing and the staff is always super friendly and professional. There hasn't been a time that, I've been in here, where they haven't been putting out fresh stuff, which is wonderful. This place is always super clean and you can get your order pretty fast. You can order through the kiosk or you can ask someone to help you. The only downside to this place is, it's a bit expensive💰 but I've never been disappointed with the products, so it's definitely worth it❤🕺 P.S. sorry, it took me two years to put up a review, it's just because, I haven't been putting up much reviews, but I'm catching up🤷‍♂️👍“

“The bakery itself served and they have a rotating selection of pastries. The store is kind of small, so large parties are not recommended. They also have a very good selection of cakes and other food items. They also have coffee and can make things like latte's cappuccinos, expressos ect“

“Red Ribbon in Bolingbrook is one of my favorite places for cakes and pastries. My favorites are Chocolate Mousse and Mango Cake very moist and flavorful, and the variety of baked goods gives everyone something to enjoy. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service especially Ms. Vanessa. We keep coming back because of her. I’ll give this Bakeshop a 10star if I could!🙌“

“The absolute best breakfast skillets in the NW suburbs in my opinion. Large,open family appropriate atmosphere. The food portions are very generous and delicious. Staff has always been very friendly and efficient. I always leave feeling quite satisfied and carrying a take out container for another full meal the next day. I’ve also gone to the Saint Charles location where the menu has a few variations but the same great food and service.“

“Do not miss a chance to get a sub from this wonderful shop attached to the bakery here. The ladies inside were very friendly and welcoming and the sandwich was a 10 out of 10. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, I even watched her snip a few basil leaves off their basil plant in the front window for my sub. Just a really fantastic little shop. Be aware it is cash only but please don't let that stop you.“

I was blessed to find Hansen’s Edible Photos. She was quick to respond to my inquiry and as soon as we were done speaking she had already completed an image for me to see by email. Once I payed it she sent it out asap . I received it in a day and half. “My wife and I visited this area from San Diego and wanted to check out some good asian spots. We were recommended this place by the Hong Ning owners. I will tell you, this is an awesome bakery. I couldn't stop eating the Spanish bread with the Ube drink. I ate a handful of Spanish bread. And, my wife enjoyed the empanadas. Loved the simplicity and authenticity of the place.“
