They went down hill, salad old dry and little pieces, wings greasy, pizza a little undercooked. Then when the food was picked up no greeting no thank you. Then their restaurant foyer lobby inside was a bit messy, napkins and wrappers on floor and counter.Like I said they went down hill, and for us to carry out it cost $43 for a medium pizza, small dry salad, 6 small greasy wings and a dessert this was not a good value.

We love the Rosati‘s Pizza on Hobson. However, the last two or three times we have been in there the Pizza has not been up to par. The manager needs to go in and make sure his pizza chefs are retrained properly.

Ordered a 14 cheese and sausage for pickup tonite and when I got there the young girl said it would be $28.04. I said that's alot for a 14 inch pizza. .She said everything is going up and I should get used to higher prices ! Really ??? Then I looked at the menu and a 14inch was significantly less. I mentioned it to her but she offered no solution to the problem. I paid for the pizza and left. The dough was gummy and garbage. This place is usually much better but tonite it really sucked.

My Party went GREAT because my pre ordered Pizzas and appetizers were delivered hot and fresh at the time I wanted them.
It was a great experience! We haven’t ordered from Rosati’s in a long time and it hit the spot and the kids loved the breadsticks!! We’ll be back again soon! Thank you!Kid-friendliness: The Rosati’s Breadsticks were different than the normal style breadsticks and the kids liked that they were bite sized.

I made the mistake of thinking that all Rosati’s are connected and boy was I wrong the one in or by North Aurora is horrible never again . NOW Rosati’s in Woodridge is AMAZING Service is good the pizza , calzone,Italian beef combo. Wings are all very good looking forward to trying more dishes

Tonight the pizza to the leasing office for our pizza party and didn’t bring and napkins or folks or anything to eat with. We called to let the manager know and he didn’t offer us any accommodations for making us wait 30 mins for another driver to bring us napkins and plates. I then asked can we get a salad added and the salad was prepared poorly. I loved the pizza spot in oak forest I don’t like it in Woodridge not at all.
