I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chai latte, and I asked for extra chai. I think I accidentally said “extra chai shots,” which confused Erin into thinking I meant extra espresso shots. When I saw the extra $2.50 on the screen, I assumed maybe they had started charging for extra chai, so I didn’t question it. I thought she would clarify that I was getting extra chai. She just seemed to have very low energy during the interaction.

Grabbed an iced Dolce Latte with cinnamon and a Chai Tea Iced Latte — both tasted great, no complaints on the drinks themselves. But the trash bin was completely overflowing, clearly hadn’t been emptied in a while — no space for anything. Also, no straws available at the counter, which was frustrating. The location is convenient, with plenty of parking on an open plaza, but small details like this bring the experience down. Still giving 3 out of 5, purely for the drinks.

Sat in drive through for over 45 minutes to get 1 drink. There was no one really inside so it wasn’t busy other than the drive thru. I’ve been here three times and have waited more time here than a restaurant. It’s just annoying when I sit here from 455-540 and i have work at 6.
