Antioch Pizza Shop - Woodstock, IL

I order the special and some other things and the worker was a trainee there and there were no slices in the warming tray, I asked him if I can pay now and get them when there ready and he said sure, his manager comes over says these words, “what the hell are you doing, we have to slices yet why are you putting them on his order.” and i heard yelling in the back a few minutes before and you can see tears in the trainees eyes. Get better management, it’s a kid you’re yelling at and a trainee. Do better.

Ordered my grandma pizza for delivery which she said was delicious! And most importantly, shout out to the delivery driver’s customer service- she said he was very patient with her getting to the door and helped her get the pizza inside. Thank you!!!!

Honestly wanted to give less stars but did not want to hurt the reputation of the actual establishment I am reviewing. That being said their food is always great. However, they use third party deliver services like DoorDash to fulfill orders and they absolutely suck. The delivery location they have to accomplish could not be any more simple IMO. we live on 47 the same street the business is located. Address. number could not be any larger on the mailbox, they have to make all of two turns to complete the order. Every time driver ends up across the street in a business (always obviously unoccupied) sitting there while we’re waving and flashing the front door light then they figure it out eventually. This most recent time the DoorDash driver completed the order without us receiving our order, the proof of delivery picture was of our pizza on a car seat not an even a doorstep. I called ended up talking to the owner, they re made our pizza and got it here with their own driver. We’re going to continue ordering but we might as well just pick it up from now on.

Great pizza

Not busy ordered early, everything came cold.. not COLD But reheat everything cold.. very disappointing.. delivery

Just ordered food tonight and it was my last straw I've had issues in the past and tonight's order was the straw that broke the camels back when I order a couple of burgers and eat 1 and get sick to my stomach and rip into the second and see why because the burgers were raw in the middle

Tried the thin crust meat pizza. Delicious and much more filling that I planned. Had to take over half of it home. Definitely have to stop in again to try one of the sandwiches or maybe a pan pizza.

I ordered a large pizza and a 2 liter of Coke for delivery. The guy shows up with the pizza and a 2 liter of Sprite (don't like Sprite). I told him that I ordered Coke. He just put the pizza on the ground with the 2 liter of Sprite like if you're not going to take it I'm just going to leave it here on the ground. He said this is what they gave me. Close to $60 for a pizza and a 2 liter and they can't even get the drink right. Pathetic.

I stopped into Antioch Pizza in Woodstock to place a fairly large pizza order for my daughter’s upcoming 1st birthday party, and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. Lillie was amazing, super friendly, personable, and incredibly professional. She made the entire process seamless and went above and beyond to help me finalize everything. It’s rare to experience that level of care, and it truly made my day. Highly recommend (plus the pizza is super tasty so win win)!

Loved the thin crust! Not a fan of the shredded onions as one of the toppings. Got there 5 minutes before the pickup time and could tell it had been sitting awhile. Lukewarm when got to my daughter's house less then a mile away.

The Italian sandwich was pretty good – lots of meat and the bread was fresh. It hit the spot for a quick lunch. I'd definitely grab a sandwich there again.
