Everytime i order from there they are out of donuts. I just got a dozen off uber eats at 10:30 am and they didnt have glazed, glazed twists, chocolate frosted. I spent ten minutes talking with the driver trying to figure out what they do have and ended up getting none of which i ordered or that my daughter and i like. Was a huge disappointment and this is not the first time. I do appreciate my delivery driver being patient with me and them and trying her best to help us figure this out though.

I’ve seen workers drop spoons on the floor and just pick it right up to swirl a drink. Without washing the spoon and the floor is dirty for days!!! So gross. Stay away if you can!! Management is also a joke!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Zero customer service skills in the slightest (other than the sweet younger kids that work there). You will be assured to get your order messed up, and if you order on the app, they are A-okay with taking your money, not giving you your order, and then doing nothing to rectify the situation. Truly would rather drive an hour away to get coffee elsewhere than this dunkin anymore. Trash.

Purchased a milkshake for my grandson. It was more like chocolate milk. I told the staff that there was very little ice cream and was not offered to remake. $6 small chocolate milk. Never Again.

Every time I go in to this store the manager in the morning is the worst. She's rude. Dismissive. Always has an attitude. And when you ask for anything like to read the order back or even to check to make sure you were charged correctly they huff and puff and you can hear it. I'm looking for a new donut place. If anyone can suggest a donut place so I can stop going to this horrible place it would be greatly appreciated. I'm tired of being disrespected.

I was at the order section eager to get a breakfast sandwich and donuts to go. For 2+ minutes, 5+ employees (some whizzed by, 2-3 times) crisscrossed my section chatting among themselves, without glancing at my direction, no greetings or asking me what I needed. I finally raised my voice, "Do I look like a statue, nobody is paying attention to my presence?" Got to finally order the donuts and the young lady had no clue or hardly understood the kind of donuts I needed . She kept saying on two occasions, "We are out of those." But I could plainly see there were plenty left!!! She plainly did not know her donuts! Too bad the previous friendly franchisee had to sell this store. I am done with this particular location after over 40 years unless they change their business attitude.
