2 Weeks ago used drive through, left after getting my screwed up order and smelling like cigarette smoke on me and inside my car due to a Dunkin senior employee smoking between the drive-thru window and order signage. Thanks! Last week, same senior employee was at the drive up window, no eye contact, no greeting, wanted the money, spoke like she hated her job, and like i was bothering her, when she tried handing me my order, she slammed the bag into the right frame of the drive...read full review
The service here is terrible. My grandma took me here today to get some donuts because I was sick, but my grandma is from India, so her English isn’t that good. the staff didn’t even take time to try to understand her so I ended up having to order. In the end we still had to correct the staff because they gave us the wrong donut, and one too many. The floors weren’t clean, and the pickup counter was barely even visible. This location seems to be fully neglected by the franchise owner.
The drive through lane has been in varying degrees of disrepair for years, only recently replacing the speaker box and menu board because it had literally fallen apart and was shielded by a taped on cardboard box.
The drive through lane has multiple deep potholes that will damage your vehicle if you aren't careful, and the only reason for this to exist is cheap ownership.

Dunkin' offers a variety of sandwiches that are very good, especially the one a customer had recently. Some customers are disappointed with the removal of the $2 Happy Hour coffee deal. Despite hit or miss employee service, regular customers receive quick service. The sweet tea is excellent, and the restaurant provides top-notch service with great happy hour prices. Dunkin' is kid-friendly with its donuts and has sufficient parking and wheelchair accessibility.
