If i could have given this place a no star review i would have.. I ordered pizza and wings. Got home and all of it was unedible. The pizza tasted sour and made me sick and the wings weren't even cooked all the way. I called to talk to the owner and explain what happened and he said " if you don't like it you should eat somewhere else." Horrible food and terrible ownership. I will never order from here again.

This place is an absolute joke. Call in order, first person tells us we have a $10 credit from the last time we ordered (because the order was screwed up then). 10 mins later the “owner” calls to inform us there is no credit, and then precedes to become belligerent when he starts getting questioned regarding the issue, then hangs up on us. Worst professionalism I’ve ever dealt with.

New person at register and took 20 mins to place order and bill came to $70 for wings, two pizzas and some extra toppings. I asked and toppings on menu were $1.50 extra per but he stated that due to costs they have gone up....I get that but update the menu and post increase due to supply issues. Haven't been here in a while and doubt it will be any time soon back.

Ordered pizza and salad for delivery was told 40 minutes to an hour. I planned for an hour. At 1 hour 20 minutes I called and was told has left the building when I inquired could barely get a sorry much less an acknowledgement of the inconvenience. 10 minutes later food finally arrived and the driver bless her heart have difficulty walking so I went out to get the order from her. When I asked what was going on she said lot of new people and training. The food was average at best. No flavor for the sauce or sausage or pepperoni. Will not reorder

Manager Josh is absolutely wonderful! Great customer service, fixed something we weren't happy with over a month ago. Was polite and courteous. Love their pizza, and living in Marengo not many choices so it's great that they deliver to here. Thank you Josh!

Have not ordered anything from here in a long time, decided to give it another shot. Called up and ordered two calzones the final total ended up being $35. Instead of a dollar each extra ingredient they're charging $3.75. I showed her on the menu that it was supposed to be a dollar every extra ingredient and she proceeded to show me where they can change the prices at will. I told them to keep their food.

Ordered a pizza last night and it wasnt delivered, but the charge showed up on my credit card. Should have seen the sign, a few weeks ago, my pizza was delivered cold, she couldnt find my address. She had to call and it still took her 15 minutes to find my place.

I ordered the chicago pizza, fettuccine and 2 desserts. The pizza was OK wasnt advertised as deep dish but was good and very inexpensive. Fettuccine was inedible it was so watery and tasted horrible nothing even close to Alfredo sauce taste. Desserts that I ordered didn't arrive instead was given cheesecake. Personally my kids and I hate cheesecake so it went in the garbage.

When it was called 3 stars, it was a 5 star pizza but now that it's called 5 stars, it's a 3 star pizza. While they have improved the crust so it isn't soggy, the sausage quality and amount is lacking in seasoning and size.

5 star pizza? Who thought this was a good name? We ordered a pizza with fries and rib burnt ends. Pizza was absolutely horrible and even burnt on some parts. Pieces of bacon were not even cooked and we just threw it in the garbage. French fries were good, but it's hard to mess up a french fry. This place should be renamed 1 star pizza. Go to Antioch Pizza and you will be very pleased. This place should be shut down. Thanks for reading.

I have never been a calzone fan until I tries theirs. Deliciousness through and through. Normally a calzone that size would Mel 4 meals for me but it was so darn yummy I couldn’t stop eating it until it was all gone. Their delivery driver is one of the nicest ladies around. I usually don’t like to do delivery due to the cost, but I love seeing her!

Last time we ordered from here it was 3 Star Pizza. Happy to say they earned their two additional stars. Ordered the White Pizza (unkown why its not listed on the online order menu but is on the pdf menu) and a build your own. Both were great. Beer nuggets were good and the garlic breat great.

I had ordered 2 pizzas tonight -1-Pepperoni and green olive pizza and 1- Sausage and Roasted Red pepper pizza. When I mentioned the roasted red pepper and sausage pizza to the person on the phone (Josh) he assured me they had roasted red pepper. My pizza (on a Tuesday night) was very late. I got my pizzas, the driver, whom I had to help get out of her vehicle, hands me the bag because she couldn't pull the pizza out of the bag and I had to open each box to pull out the pizzas out of the bag on my own.I get my pizza inside, my pepperoni and green olive pizza is perfect - my sausage and roasted red pepper pizza was sausage and red pepper flakes not roasted red peppers. The red pepper flakes were cooked and we're a completely over bearing amount all over the pizza - literally too hot too even consume.I call the place back, asked for a manager in which Josh answered saying he was the manager, and explained this was the incorrect item I ordered told me he would give me $1.50 back for the ingredient I had ordered. Completely inedible. Manager was very rude. Never ordering again. DO NOT ORDER ROASTED RED PEPPER - they do not have roasted red pepper instead you will be told they do and receive red pepper flakes.
