Supposed to be open till 10pm yet pizza portal turned off at 910. We called ahead to order and the phone was ignored for 15-20 min. In the 15-20 min that we tried to call we were driving to the establishment. When we arrived at 930 the open sign was on. The employee saw us pull in and ran to the sign to turn it off. Dry, COLD crazy bread once again.
Asked for a fresh order got a mildly warm order.
Guess it's time to contact corporate about the service at the Woodstock's location.
Never had this issue over in the McHenry location.
Perhaps a few more Facebook posts might improve this location.
