GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE+1(8O5)-41O 5OO2 NO NONSENSE AND GREAT ASSISTANCE!!!
This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. Ordered a traditional 15 piece meal with 2 different flavors through the website, the one flavor was all traditional per my order, the second flavor was 2 traditional and the rest boneless. The website doesn’t even let you do half trad and half boneless. This was definitely just laziness or lack of attention to detail.
