Mary and her Woodstock Starbucks team have been so generous to our local school when we have wanted to supply coffee for an event. We truly appreciate her willingness to provide for our small community.
Mary and her team at Starbucks on the square are incredible! They're huge supporters of the Woodstock community. Mary has donated coffee for several of our school events at St Mary Woodstock for teachers, parents and grandparents. The team is always kind, professional, and friendly, with staff like Mary, Peggy, and Alexa who are sweet, bright, and culturally respectful. They remember names and orders, making customers feel valued. The service is amazing, with workers quick to help an overwhelmed parent carry food and drinks or offer a complementary Frappuccino and a treat for a child. The atmosphere is relaxed, cheerful, and positive, with a calm energy. Despite heavy business that rivals most Chicago locations, the store is spotless, well lit, and comfortable, and customers never feel rushed. The drinks are always on point, with the Cold Brew Coffee being the best. The food is excellent, and the diverse music is played at a perfect volume. The management trains well, and staff are quick to make things right if someone is unhappy. The morning is the quickest on the Square for catching a train. However, one evening around 6:30, the location had no coffee, which was confusing. Despite this, the location is pleasant, and the workers try hard to serve.
