Food tasted ok, till we ordered icecream and there were several long hair strands in it, we brought it to their attention all that was said was...sorry. They couldn't even offer refund. What they need to do is wear hair nets...NASTY PEOPLE!!!

Remove the black employee car from the front of the store every day it is parked there. It is not right for the management to be able to park their cars up front spots.

We drive a ways to get to THIS particular B King when we need to fill our craving. It's nicely appointed and the staff her is always kind and energetic. Today all of our options were dropped fresh and everything was very tasty. The only issue were the bathrooms... ? Both dirty, toilets I flushed, litter on the floors (and I know because I went to wash my hands as did my husband and we both came out a little miffed). That one thing can be corrected to make this store the tops!
I have to say the double whopper with cheese and onion rings were my very best and so fresh, I love the taste of the whopper as well as enjoying my root beer, the folks were so nice to me and I'm not into feeling like a king but they made me feel like both QUEEN AND KING, thank you all there for making my food fresh and fabulous, I do appreaciate it, and to that I say THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR ALL OF US EVERY DAY, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, ILL BE COMING BACK FOR MORE, GOD BLESS AND SINCERLY HAPPY DAY TO YOU ALL AT BURGER KING IN YORKVILLE, ILL
