Chipotle Mexican Grill

I came here once, ordered food — the team was great 👌, portions were solid, taste like everywhere else, basically standard Chipotle 🌯. Everything looked clean ✨. Really good overall. Just yesterday I ordered delivery from them 🚗💨. Honestly, I thought they would pack the portions super small (since it’s delivery), but no — it was the same solid standard portions and fast delivery through Uber 📦⚡. I have no reason not to give this location 5 ⭐.

THERE WERE MULTIPLE BUGS IN MY FOOD!!!

I was super excited to get a bowl using a gift card I got for my birthday, but was so sad to find multiple little flies in my food AFTER I started eating 😭😭😭 the picture is a little blurry but you can definitely still see it

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for the past four years and always order a kids meal with a small little of pico and little corn on the side , never had an issue. Today, I was suddenly told I’d be charged extra for this and charge for “two sides”.

When I asked for clarification, the manager insisted they “always charge,” which simply isn’t true based on my consistent experience. It feels like pricing is being applied inconsistently depending on who’s working or who the guest is. I chose not to purchase the extras today. Disappointed.

I had read the reviews on this location and they were not that good. Since our son and daughter-in-law say they have never had a problem there, we stopped for lunch today. It was wonderful! It was lively with young people having lunch there who were also very nice. All of the people behind the counter were cheerful and happy to help since it was our first time there. All tables were wiped clean and the beverage bar was neat and full of everything needed. We ate inside and it was a great experience. We tried the honey chicken bowls and for the first time in a long time the finished product looked better than the one up on the menu. Kudos to the whole staff that was working this day. 7/14/25 around 12:41.

Went there today & was super disappointed at the quality of the food.
The whole entire container was a dark greenish brown 🤮🤮. You can tell it was made with Avocados that were very old. The sad part is- I mentioned it & none of the employees said a thing. No apology, no trying to swap it out for something fresher... they just kinda looked at me.
Not to mention that, despite the fact that they barely had any customers, the tables were disgusting. Most of them covered in old food and crumbs. It's really sad what's happening to the food service industry. If these young people are not given better standards, to strive for, then they will keep providing less than acceptable customer service & take 0 pride in where they work. This is a restaurant-- people are eating food.It should be clean.
AND FOR GOODNESS SAKE-- SERVE FREE GUACAMOLE!

The past few times I’ve gotten food, it hasn’t tasted good. The portions have been small. The chips have been stale and the guacamole old. The chicken has been very fatty, and they give barely any rice.

MANAGER MUST BE A TEENAGER WHO HAD NO HOME TRAINING OR SKILL TO RUN A BUSINESS.. it’s actually insane to have food everywhere thrown around and people hanging out like its a club and they are SUPPOSED TO WORKING .. this place is TRASHY ALL AROUND THE BOARD .. bad service, old food, and long waits for nothing but food that looks a mess .. and why are these people rolling FOOTBALLS for a burrito … no skills at all … it’s not hard to roll and fold … please retrain people or this please won’t be here much longer …….. get it together .. moral of the story the BBB will be notified!!

Poor management. Every time I come in here the employees are either yelling and arguing with each other, or the manager is yelling at the employees to the point where I cannot hear the employees asking what I would like to eat. Just very unprofessional. And they skimp on everything. For $13 I should get more than 6 pieces of chicken. 😃

At first everything seemed fine until we actually started ordering. The girl who was taking my order had a dirty look on her face the entire time she helped me and even kept the same dirty look on her face while taking my sister's order. If you don't want to do your job find another. Being that I've worked for Chipotle when I was younger, that is not how you handle customers. You should've never feel like an inconvenience and be rushed. And to make matters worse I had to finishing heating up my quesadillas once i got home since they were in such a hurry they didn't actually heat them properly. Some proper training in customer service is definitely needed for those working the line.

Absolute terrible service the young lady that gave us her food. There was hair in my food extremely small portions. What else she wouldn’t give us a fork so then we had to walk into the restaurant and get our fork that she said we’re out of absolute terrible service will not come back. Food was cold.
