The general manager Brandy has zero customer service, she is very condescending and rude. When I was paying for my food she rushed me, even though it wasn’t busy. I can clearly tell she is not stable to run this Chipotle location, which is unfortunate since I very much like the business.

When the manager is there everything runs smoothly but once it hits 9 pm they give you whatever is left but charge the same price . If your going to stay open till 10 please deliver on what your offering if not please close earlier . Chipotle is not cheap , but I have gotten better service at McDonalds down the street . Crazy -

Another great customer service experience at this Chipotle location. My daughter is very soft-spoken, and when ordering her bowl there was a small miscommunication—she asked for black beans but was given pinto (no fault of the staff). She didn’t mention it until we reached checkout, yet the young lady assisting us (who I believe may have been a manager) kindly replaced it without any hesitation.

I also observed her calmly and professionally resolving another guest’s request regarding rice. Her ability to stay cool, patient, and composed while handling multiple situations was truly impressive and did not go unnoticed.

The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the entire staff was friendly. Christian, who has helped us on several visits, is always especially kind and consistently goes above and beyond. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will continue coming back!

I would really like to rank this place higher. Everytime I order through the drive through at night, they can't seem to get the portions right. I got 2 small green peppers and no onions when I ordered extra fajita veggies. I ordered extra chicken and rice amd those portions seemed low too. I ordered less beans and it seemed like the normal amount. Do you even pay attention to the requests? When I ask for extras inside I don't have a problem.

It’s my second time getting Chipotle from this location and guys let me tell u something…. The food is horrible, there is no flavor in the chicken at all, the chicken tastes like it was not grilled enough (very soft) the rice looks like it was made yesterday-I was scared to finish it…. If I could eat it there it would be a return but now when I tried it at home (very very disappointed)
I tried it two times, never again 👋

I came here once, ordered food — the team was great 👌, portions were solid, taste like everywhere else, basically standard Chipotle 🌯. Everything looked clean ✨. Really good overall. Just yesterday I ordered delivery from them 🚗💨. Honestly, I thought they would pack the portions super small (since it’s delivery), but no — it was the same solid standard portions and fast delivery through Uber 📦⚡. I have no reason not to give this location 5 ⭐.

THERE WERE MULTIPLE BUGS IN MY FOOD!!!

I was super excited to get a bowl using a gift card I got for my birthday, but was so sad to find multiple little flies in my food AFTER I started eating 😭😭😭 the picture is a little blurry but you can definitely still see it
