Chipotle Mexican Grill

Dirty. Every table was dirty. The tray our food was on was dirty. The floor, counter, kitchen. The kid making our food just walked off. Someone else had to finish our order. The employees do more loud talking than working. Got to hear why one doesn’t eat meat. The rice was crunchy. Steak was stringy. Portions were small. Just an awful experience/restaurant. I’ll drive into Oswego before I’ll go back here

The food is more expensive here than Joliet locations. I don’t know if it is local taxes or what but the same order always costs a few dollars more here. (I normally get food for three people) The food and service is always good quality though.

This place is a joke. 40 dollars for a steak quesadilla that 50% of the meat was inedible and just chewy fat. A cheese quesadilla and vegetable burrito bowl. The associates didn’t even let me know that my quesadilla comes with sides at no cost. That’s really sad. I will definitely not be back here. How hard would it be to trim the steak so it’s actually edible. Sad. I’d give them zero stars if I could. 2 little pieces of quesadilla for 15 dollars. That’s insane. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

My family and i love eating here but it is so annoying to pay for your food just to be given half a portion of your food. Every time we have keep telling them to add more. Please stop being cheap and give people what they paid for. The bowl price went up but not the portion.

I will literally never step foot in a chipotle again after the experiences I’ve had lately. Most recently I was double charged. I told the kid he said he fixed it and still charged me double. I had to go back in after checking my bank account because he gave me the receipt for the $30 some it should have been but charged me over $60 and then tried to hide the actual receipt. When I went back in to fix it he wanted me to wait until he helped the other 10 people in line even though it was clearly his mistake and I wanted to get home with my food to my family who was waiting for it. I’ve know had to go back and forth with chipotles customer service to get my $32 back for food I didn’t order and I’m still waiting. This is a joke. And their food is overpriced for the amount and quality. Chipotle used to be good. Now the guac is always old and the food is never good and the service sucks. 10/10 do not recommend and if you must go to chipotle I wouldn’t choose this location. They suck. I thought being a new one they would have better quality. Jokes on me.

Love the food, there were several messy tables though that kind of killed the atmosphere, I'm DEFINITELY coming back though! I love my steak burritos with white rice, black beans and cheese ?

What in the hell! My daughter just ordered door dash kids meal and it would not even fill up a 2 year old. 9 dollars for a quarter cup of rice and and quesadilla that is 2 bites! Come on. What a waste. Oh yeah and the 8 chips they gave us were stale AF. Way to run a business!

Wildly inconsistent portions - Expect to get shorted if you order a bowl for pickup or from Uber/DoorDash. This is the first store where I had such a large void in the bowls - this has been the case the past 3 times. Expect sub-par chips which are chewey and not crispy. Not worth the hassle or price - lesson learned. Significantly less attention to qualtiy/portion is given to delivery/pickup orders which is a pity.

The entire place is so dirty!! Tables are filthy and so is drink/utensil station. They also do horrible with portions. My burrito was all guacamole and rice and no meat.

We ordered 2 bowls for delivery through the chipotle app from this location. They got my bowl wrong, and they barely put any food in the bowl. Both bowls were literally half full. How ridiculous it is to spend over $20 per bowl because of fees, just to be delivered barely any food?

I go to customer service on the app, and their is no way to talk to a person. “Pepper” the AI gave me 2 free drinks on my next purchase. I dont want free drinks; i want my money back.

Everytime I have ordered from here the chips are stale. The chicken is burnt and stringy. When I ordered before it used to come from Oswego and it is WAY BETTER. Extremely disappointed considering how expensive chipotle is. Someone from upper management needs to clean house. This has happened numerous times and I tried to give the benefit of the doubt.

UPDATE: I have attempted to order since this review and they cancel my orders now. This is hilarious. Chipotle corporate needs to investigate this store.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever ordered from. Here’s why:

- A couple of employees were eating chips in the food prep area. That’s a health code violation.
- The fajita veggies in my burrito were raw and cold, as if they came straight out of the fridge. Someone forgot or just didn’t bother to cook them.
- The person who wrapped our burritos did a terrible job. Both burritos fell apart as soon as we opened the foil wraps.
- The barbacoa was dry and flavorless. Someone forgot to season them or add sauce to them.
- Our tortilla chips were stale.

We’re never coming back here.

I ordered chipotle a got my bowl opened it, there was maybe 3-4 pieces of meat in the bowl unbelievable for the price it was half full. Can’t believe this place

The service was fast and the order was correct. The food was so so. We got a large bag of chips but they were greasy. The chicken was juicy in the burrito but I picked out the red onions as it was overpowering
