Have noticed a decline in overall quality and service in the last year. This was not a good visit, it has been hit or miss lately. Can be hard in the restaurant industry, but some things need to be solid in order to keep businesses going. 8 of us easy evening 430 not busy, mostly service issues. Wrong appetizers brought to table had to wait for correct appetizers but left incorrect ones on table. Assuming they were someone else's. Food came on top of new appetizers but only 2 at a time and about 3 min in-between the next 2 items. Finally 7 out of 8 had a meal about 10 min later. Last person got their burger when everyone else was done. Difficult when you are obviously short staffed, but checks by couple were all wrong and no one visited to say anything. Server just dropped the checks and said sorry. It is really hard today in restaurants but when things continue to happen guest come in less and less. Food so so, not as good as a while ago, just seems like attention to details are gone. We will try again another time, but no rush.

Not bad but a lot of little things went wrong. Slow to get sat, salad brought out with no utensils, water cups not refilled; steak slightly overcooked. Again no one thing that in and of itself would be a dealbreaker but can’t see me going back based on so many things going wrong all on the same trip.

Food was excellent. They were busy and the waitress let us know the wait for food might be a little longer. We didn't notice any delay. Five of us ate and were very pleased with the appetizers and entrés, steaks, burger and mac and cheese. Highly recommend.

We had our wedding dinner there the service was amazing ! And the food was absolutely delicious all of our guests loved it! I just wanted to say thank you to the Chef and the server she was amazing
We were seated within 5 minutes and loved the warm, inviting atmosphere. Staff was super friendly and helpful with menu questions. The food took a long time, but our server apologized and kept us updated. Totally worth the wait—those nachos were incredible! The butter noodles were a generous portion, and the chicken sandwich was amazing. The turkey burger was well-cooked, but the raspberry mustard jam wasn’t my thing. Overall, a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!

A great looking place with a great beer menu and friendly service, but the food was not good. I got the bourbon chicken. The chicken breasts were tiny and overcooked. Seemed frozen. The bourbon glaze was gross and the mashed potatoes and green beans were soaked in it. Made them inedible. My son got a blt that had very little tomato and bacon and far too much mayonnaise. The place was not even 25% full at 730 on Saturday and yet it was still a 25 minute wait for a table and then our food took more than 30 minutes. Will not be back.

We live in the area and have eaten here and at many of the owners' restaurants in the surrounding towns many times. However, I came here to share my review & experience I had with the party packages and staff that helped me along the way. Highly recommend having your party here - for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties! I recently had my husband's surprise 40th birthday party here, and it was so easy and went really smooth! Toni, the party coordinator (and our wonderful bartender), was so easy-going and great to work with!! Loved her! She communicated with me over the phone and email throughout the whole planning process. We had 2 servers that I want to give a special shout out to! Gia and Bella! They were so sweet, quick to help, and kind to our guests! I went in to inquire how much it would cost to rent an area of the restaurant to accommodate 40-45 people on a Friday night. The hostess immediately answered all of my basic questions and showed me the area that I would be renting. They converted a part of the restaurant into a larger room to accommodate bigger parties. (Great idea!!!) More spacious and inviting for bigger parties and for overflow when the restaurant is busier. I was surprised when she said the room rental was only $50 to hold the room/deposit. The apps, food, and drinks were customizable. Affordable, too! We chose the Tacor Bar option and individual bar tabs. Everything was delicious, and I was honored to meet the main chef responsible for it all! He was wonderful and the food was delicious and there was a lot of it too!! We also pre-ordered a full sheet pan of their carrot cake (my husband's favorite cake). I admit that I can get a little intense when planning a party to make sure everything is perfect and goes well - and the night of the party, I was calm and prepared - thanks to the staff at Craft'd!!! Wonderful job to all of you involved! Thank you!!! I couldn't have done it without you!!
