My husband threw my 40th birthday party here last weekend (1/25/25), and it was perfect! Great location, good food, and quick service. Staff was very helpful & attentive. Highly recommend!

Just wish the food here was as good as the food at Chop’d. VERY disappointed to get an $18 burger but it was a premade horrible from the box frozen patties that were just plain inedible. Yorkville has so many burger places that serve top notch, fresh burgers and charge less money. Step up the burger game or take them off the menu.

My wife and I had lunch at Craft'd today. The food was wonderful and service was phenomenal thanks to Mitchell.

Food tonight was amazing as always! Music was a little loud in the dining area for a family with kids. Our server Mitchell was very disapointing. Our food came with no syrup for the kids waffles, the girl that brought our food when asked for syrup then napkins gave a loud audible huff. Then our server Mitchell never came and checked to see if we needed anything, fill waters, take away empty appetizer plates to make room, and we went to the front host desk to ask for our bill with no apology for the poor service. I hope the service issues are fixed so this local business stays open since the food is always amazing!

Establishment is very well taken care of from the landscaping outside to the modernized inside. Hostess was very attentive and seated up right away and was greeted by our waitress right away upon getting to the table. Service was excellent and all our questions were answered in regards to menu items.

We started with cocktails that were absolutely perfect and the beef roll appetizer. The appetizer had no flavor, had the tiniest slivers of hot peppers, was incredibly greasy and the ranch they served it with was nothing but creamy water. We should have stopped there but we continue to order dinner. My husband ordered the boneless wings and I ordered the bone in wings both were way over cooked and swimming in so much sauce and the sauce was thick and hard to wipe off. We let the waitress know we were not happy with the food and explained to her we would just pay the bill and leave.

I thought at some point of getting the bill and paying that a manager would have came and talked to us but that did not occur.. this was the second time we've given crafted in Yorkville a chance and we will not be going back the food is awful.

If you’re in the mood for Craft’d, just keep driving and go to the one in Plainfield. Between the hostess, waitress, and management this place is terrible. We go the the one in Plainfield quite often and never have an issue ?

Ruben egg rolls were delicious. Wine prices were on the high end. On the Saturday night there was a singer. It was too loud. Couldn't have a conversation with our guest. Service was good.

It's just about what you'd expect. Nothing crazy, but not bad at all.

Drink well made; food tastes like reheated Sysco and certainly not their top tier offering. Burger oversalted, the bun was like what you find in cellophane at gas station hot dog server. Fries nearly cold and obviously sitting a while. They charged me $1 upgrade for those sad fries. I ate half my plate and it was enough. Service OK but perfunctory in the extreme. Atmosphere quiet and servers not thrilled to be there despite over 15-20 customers here. I feel like my review is a little harsh at 2 stars but 3 feels too high; this place could do better with a bit more effort.

Finally got around to trying Craft’d and it’s a nice restaurant. Staff were friendly, lots of seating and the food is tasty. Nice large outside covered patio to sit out on if the weather is nice otherwise lots of tables and booths inside. Dining room section and bar section. The pretzel is huge and the nachos are as well. Would go back.
