The custard is always soupy no matter what time of day I go. I usually go through the drive thru, so not sure if that makes a difference in the quality of frozen custard I'm getting (it shouldn't).

Great food always .. can’t get back up in the drive thru that’s why I go inside and order my food .. kids can get overwhelmed with orders and it may seem like your waiting awhile I do feel there needs to be better STRUCTURE.. from management.. there is no need for that many staff if there standing around and not doin nothing !! It’s like they’re just there standing there !! But for the price I deal with it
