We love Culvers but this was not our usual quick stop. It started when we placed an order on the app, which I think is meant to add a level of convience to your experience. But when placing the order there was no choice to pick it up at the drive through window or curbside. So after I placed the order, my intention was to drive through with my kids in the car, and I pulled up to the speaker and told them I already placed an order on the app. I ended up going back and forth with them on whether they were going to let me get it in the drive through or not, as they said people who place orders on the app they require them to pick it up inside. They also said they cannot have it ready for another 10 to 15 minutes, which I said was fine. I was polite and said I would get out of line and wait and then drive back through, but they were just not nice about it and confusing like they were unsure what to do with me. I've just never heard of this policy or see why it had to be such a thing. Then when we got our food, it wasn't even that warm, normally it is plenty hot. Our add on side of cheese sauces were half full, not full, so disappointing. And the new macaroni and cheese they gave us was not good at all. And we rarely don't like a Mac and cheese. They were weird at the drive up window too, like I could hear and see them talking about us when they went to grab our food. It was just a disappointing experience overall, we prefer our local Culvers over this one.

Loved it. I got the butter burger and was so delicious. I love that they bring the food right out to our table. The place was clean and even though it was a crowded night the staff had it all together and made sure to be kind and pay attention to the orders

So fresh as always. God i love culvers. I sound like a ad but this is a true opinion about this place and the establishment as a whole
The custard is amazing here! There was a generous amount of toppings that are added in the concrete mixers. I would recommend the Oreo, or peanut butter with PB cups! Also love the pretzel bites! The price is average and affordable. The service was quick and staff is friendly!
