The breakfast sandwich deal is probably the best deal around. I normally swap out the croissant for a bagel. And add an extra sausage patty for a dollar admittedly it's one tough bagel

So disappointed that DD is charging extra for cruelty free milk. Please DD, drop this unfair policy. You should be charging more for milk from cows as it is polluting the planet, not to mention the cruelty factor of taking milk from the baby calfs it is for.

Too much ice all the time even when asking for less ice! Don't have that as a option in the app if you aren't gonna listen to it. Too much flavoring syrup in the refreshers, normal tea always taste like chemicals and bitter. Got burnt coffee multiple times from this location as well.

The worst service! The man serving me was rude. Ask for a refund because I saw a roach and he wanted to say he didn’t see anything that I just wanted to get free food. So I threw it away and will never go back to that roach infested place! ??

Usually go to a different location but stopped here 2 days in a row and both days they messed my order up. The most simple order too. Iced coffee w cream. Both times there was so much sugar in there I couldn't drink it. So now I'm sitting here at work w no coffee and it's not a good time. 0 stars ?
Boston creme had the least amount of creme I have ever experienced in my life. Ordered a chocolate with sprinkles and instead of saying they didn't have it gave me something random TWICE. French vanilla coffee tasted like syrup and sugar. Could not finish it. When I have ordered hash browns they were both cold and burnt like HOOOW?? This has got to be thee worst DD in chicagoland. Disgusting!
