Terrible experience yet again I don’t know why I keep going back. Asked for light ice they gave me a full cup of ice. When I asked them to take some of the ice out he asked if I wanted to add more because he couldn’t understand me. I tried to explain I asked for light ice he told me this was light ice, but the cup was full of ice so it doesn’t even make any sense.I literally had to get a spoon and take the ice out myself since he refused. What terrible customer service. don’t go here. Picture included to show you the mess I had to make all over myself before work because they refuse to do their jobs.

I do my best to avoid this dunkin location because they almost never get things right. I’ve had food that was still cold in the middle to my coffee order not being right. I have never said anything because the mistakes, while they suck when you have your mind set on it being delicious, seem to be close enough. This morning was very upsetting. I had a free signature latte to use and was craving my cocomocha latte, iced, made with oat milk and 3 extra shots of espresso. That is exactly how i say it every time. The order didn’t show on the screen for me to be able to check and i was told to head to the window. I was handed a coffee that i knew was not what i ordered. For the first time i said something and handed it back. The guy tried to tell me it was right. I said no, i ordered a cocomocha latte, iced, made with oat milk and 3 extra shots of espresso. He said while pointing, “Yes, latte with oatmilk and 3 shots espresso” as he tried to hand it back. I said “Cocomocha latte” and he said yes as he shoved it back are me. I took it back as i said it normally has whip cream on top. I knew the order was wrong and instead of correcting it, i was made to take it. Now ive wasted my free latte and my morning is ruined. After that experience i will never go to that location again! I’ve added picture of todays order and a photo of what i always get.

This has to be one of the best Dunkin/Baskin in Illinois, fortunately for us it's in Yorkville. We have to recognize Melanie and the entire team for the kindness and helpfulness . Melanie's cake decorating skills are amazing

I’ve always had an issue with this Dunkin. Either mixing up my order, doing it wrong, or flat out this morning having HAIR in my hashbrowns (I asked to be double cooked to make it more crispy and they came out literally COLD). Disgusting and disappointing. The lady who took my order didn’t even let me finish an item to order before she cut me off with “what else”. Every. Single. Time. I order, I always have to pull back around because they messed something up. The dunkin connected to the Gas N Washes are 1000000% times better. I will be attaching a photo with hair below.

I'd actually rate them a 0 if it were available.
6AM crew was rude. Went inside to order woman behind counter looked @ me without word. I said, "good morning." She turned around & walked into the back. Driveup worker came over & asked, "Do you want a coffee?"
Me: "No, Hot chocolate & donuts."
DD: "Oh you'll have to wait for the other assignment."
I waited & then left & went down the street to South DD located @ 1830 S Bridge St, Yorkville
