Silver fox is always the go to for great food and great service. Restaurant is modern and clean, great for a date night or girls night!
We went and their large sushi menu, they has none of that available. Most of their appetizers that were on their menu they did not have. I had to ask for plates and silverware after our appetizer had come out quickly. We have been here before and our experience was much better the first time than the second time (a year apart).
Had high hopes for our first visit but was disappointed to sit down and find that many of the entrees they were out of. We came with anticipation of ordering the tomahawk steak, only to find out they were out of it, along with the t-bone, the porterhouse, crab cakes, pot roast, and several other entree items. While we were able to order a ribeye, they ran out of them while we were there, as well. There were many customers complaining about half the menu being unavailable. While we visited the day after Valentine's Day, you would expect a restaurant of this caliber, to order food properly in preparation and anticipation of crowds. We ordered drinks and were never offered another and even had to ask for water. Our bill totaled $220 for 2 people. It would have been higher if the restaurant would have had other entree items available and had we been offered more drinks. They also charge 3% fee to pay by credit card. While the food that we did receive was good, the first time experience was disappointing and has not left me with the desire to come back.
on valentines night Lights on full bright like a gymnasium. filet was a bad cut and overcooked server brought drinks to the table and gave wrong drinks to person No Specials or Valentines add ons Had been her before and was a way better experienc. Wont be returning ..
The atmosphere is very appealing and comfortable. The food and service was top notch. We will definitely be going back! I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you haven't been there before.
We always enjoy our experience at the Silver Fox. Lobster was overcooked, but ravioli, steaks (perfectly cooked), crispy potatoes, and drinks were all awesome, as usual. Service is great here.
We have been to the Silver Fox many times and have always enjoyed our time there! Tyler was our waiter and he was very friendly and professional. The manager came over as well and we enjoyed talking with her. We love grouper so thought we'd try the blackened grouper bites, which were amazing!!! A little spicy as our waiter mentioned but was just right for us. Tyler was also very quick to suggest two wines to try when I asked him for a specific taste I like. I ended up having the Pinot Noir; I think it was the Juggernaut. We've had several items on the menu since we have come here and have enjoyed all of them. This is a very nice, friendly restaurant with amazing food, beer and wine, and the staff are so nice to talk with!
We have always enjoyed this restaurant, but last night the food was not very good. The ribs were overcooked and dry. The chicken was not very flavorful and not very hot. The restaurant was sold and its going to be an Italian restaurant in about a week or so. It will be Valentino's.
We visited for our anniversary dinner and truly enjoyed ourselves . The food was very tasty and our server attentive but not hovering . We will certainly be back .
Great ambiance, great service, phenomenal food. Will be back for sure. Fairly pricey especially for the area but well worth a great meal.

After the 2 hours for the entree's to arrive my dates steak was perfect. I ordered Shrimp Michelangelo which even to the waitress was embarrassed to deliver. 3 shrimp and pasta that had hardened under the heat lamp for an extended period of time. We were offered a free dessert for our trouble's which she excepted and then it remained on the bill. I didn't object and was happy to pay the $140 for the mini loaf of bread I enjoyed and be on my way home to make dinner.
We visited for the first time on New Year's Eve, and it was such a pleasant surprise! From the outside, it looks like your typical bar and grill, but once you step inside, the atmosphere transforms. The space is split into two sections: a casual bar and grill on one side and a beautifully designed dining area on the other. We chose the dining side, and it was the perfect setting for a special night out. The staff was upbeat, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Service was quick and seamless throughout the evening. For our meals, my husband ordered the bone-in pork chop, and I had the salmon—both were absolutely fantastic. Every bite was delicious, and we honestly have no complaints. Our drinks were also phenomenal, and the bar clearly knows its craft. Pricing was what you'd expect for a nice dinner. We spent about $200, which included an appetizer, two entrees, and two drinks each. All in all, it was well worth it for the quality and experience. We're already looking forward to coming back for another special occasion!
I've been a fan of Silver Fox since day one, I especially liked the restaurant that was there before they were always good too. Unfortunately, something's happened. I understand that things have gotten expensive, so I guess I expect that wherever I go, but I don't expect things to raise in price and shrink in portion size. I think I literally frowned when they put my plate in front of me this last time . It was a microscopic piece of salmon and just a bunch of broccoli. My husband‘s portion was small. My son‘s portion was a bunch of fluff. My daughter‘s portion was just a large bunch of bread. Food was not good at all. What happened? We were all literally hungry 2 hours and $250 later. I had ordered the week before only for me and picked it up. For one meal just for me, it was $60! FOR ONE MEAL!!! I think Silver Fox and our family are going to break up for a bit. I'm sad. It's one of the nicest places out our way and had been my go to for a long time. I don't know Silver Fox, yikes. Not good. Service and ambience were outstanding as usual though.
There were only a few tables with customers. I so dislike when I have to look for the waitress and motion for her to come to the table. I had the pot roast plate. The meat was not edible as it was way too salty. I had to send it back but had to wait about 10 minutes until I got the attention of another waitress to go find our waitress. I re-ordered a flatbread which I thought would be fast, but waitress made an excuse that the chef was working on a sushi order. My spouse was almost done with his dinner. By now the experience is upsetting. Also, as part of an ‘upscale' restaurant, I would have thought the manager would have actually tasted the pot roast in the kitchen and then come to our table and reply to me that I was correct and he was so sorry. But that did not happen. One last thing, why can't the overhead music be soothing and romantic and a low decibel, so you don't have to yell to your partner across the table. If I would have been in a bar, I would've expected loud music with singers and songs that I have never heard of. Perhaps some instrumental Christmas music instead. For the prices they charge, it should've been a beautiful experience, but it was not. And can I say, flatbread would not have been my first choice to order on the menu, but at that point, I just wanted to leave. One last note, the first time we went there, there was an extra charge for an ice cube in my husband‘s drink. I thought that was outrageous. I did not see it this time, but they probably have absorbed the cost into the price of the drink. I am sure we were not the only ones to notice it. SMH.
Such a great place for my dad's 91st birthday! Becky took great care of us, made an excellent wine suggestion and made the whole evening perfect. Great ambiance and great food 😊
