My order was mostly correct. Today was the 2nd time at this Jimmy John’s Sandwich Shop asking for “No Onions” on my Unwich only to find a significant portion of onions on it when I unwrapped it. At least I didn’t get bread! Otherwise the food was up to par and service ok too. Accuracy matters. Freaky Fast is ok but I’d prefer Freaky Accurate.

Let's just say it's a 5-minute drive and it took them 45 minutes to deliver a sandwich and I don't know if they're hiring but maybe they should publish that after that behind and when I called him and said so I called 30 minutes ago where is he and all his response was he'll be there so not even like a try to call me on anything or any of that jazz and I don't know the delivery guy was nice not entirely his fault he's got to wait for everybody else in the store to get it together but most certainly will not be paying $30 for one and two sandwiches and a soda to be delivered
Refused to accept cash which is fine, so I won't be supporting jimmy john's anymore.

Got two sandwiches and a wrap and they messed up a sandwich by forgetting the cheese. Turned all the way back around only for them to not remake the sandwich and and just hand two slices of cheese without eye contact. Not the best customer service and obviously didn't care.
