The short manager guy at this location (David) is rude and actually cussed in Spanish while my 83 year old mom and I were both in the car at the window. His crew laughed along with him. This was all over a senior discounted beverage. I am fluent in Spanish and understood what he said. I usually frequent this place, as my parents enjoy the pot pies. I will no longer be buying from this KFC!!!

My husband ordered the apple pie poppers and was asked to wait in a parking spot. When they brought out our order, it was missing them. We paid for 10 pieces. They also messed up the tacos that were supposed to be plain. Just meat and cheese. They got 5 out of the 6 right. This was in the Yorkville location.

Ordered a 8 piece meal chicken got home first thing I noticed Kentucky fried chicken needs to give employees a math test chicken tasted old maybe that's why I only got 7 pieces that where tiny and dry just as bad as sandwich

Worst place to eat, ordered a 3pc dark crispy ended up with 1 wing and a breast, cannot count and doesn't know difference in chicken had same problems in the past. So much for second chances. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!

Food was very bad ? ?Manager very nice, service great but for what we pay for the food and then can't eat it. SAD. Greasy undercooked chicken, mash potatoes that taste like rotten scalded potatoes, and gravy that tastes burnt. The biscuits were good. So that's what my kids and I ate for dinner...biscuits. The KFC in Yorkville will never get my money again. There's something wrong at that store.

I went through the drive through and order 2 $5 boxes got my food not in the box but in a bag was missing an item went inside and told the lady or man not sure which one this person was about the situation and was told we don't use the boxes because a bag it's faster the sauce package wore all dirty and stuck together then when I call the store the next morning to speak with the manager she was something else all she had to say was I will replace your culopa.
