While there has been multiple times my order has been incorrect, so much that I only do pick up and call in to ensure accuracy, this past time manager Riley shook my hand and promised to ensure no more mistakes. Skeptically, I ordered again and didn't call in to ensure accuracy. My order was exactly and my dining experience was excellent. Thank you Riley for paying attention to details and customer service. Love love love Macianos. It’s our go to for pasta and pizza. We always have family and friends ask us where we bought it from. It’s even a heavily requested item for dinner by our 5yo!

The deep dish pizza it not good at all a waste of money

Catered food for my son’s birthday party this past weekend and everything was fantastic. Everyone commented how delicious the Italian beef was. The prices were fantastic and everything was piping hot when we brought it home. I would absolutely order again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were great for catering! Reasonable price, lots of good food and an awesome set-up delivery option! We will use Maciano’s again!

Took over an hour to get food both bathrooms where flooded due to clogged floor drains forgot one of our drinks also one of them was wrong ceiling around the vents covered in black mold plates and cup where dirty it stinks but not like cheese never going back probably gonna call the health inspector all and all it was crap

I had placed an online order and the timing that it tells you that your food will be available for pickup was between 25 and 30 minutes upon arriving at the restaurant after 30 minutes I proceeded to wait another 25 plus minutes for my takeout order to be ready. All the while five or six other take out orders came in to be picked up and left promptly.

waited there for over an HOUR for one large deep dish pizza… we were the only ones in there. they gave us the pizza but doesn’t dismiss the fact it took over an hour to get our pizza. only came to the table a couple of times and didn’t even tell us why it was taking so long until i asked where our order was. so if you’re in a hurry, don’t go there
