We ordered take out and it was a disaster! They were out of the dessert we ordered. They forgot to make the salad and set our pizza on the counter to get cold while they “made” the salad. The salad was not at all put together to a restaurant quality- a couple handfuls of spinach and the toppings thrown into a box like a toddler had done it. Not a good start to our spring break

This is a great pizza spot with a lot of potential but the service needs a lot of work. The kitchen could use some help as well. My daughter ordered a Penne Vodka Sauce plate and it was like soup. I waited almost an hour and a half for my food and the manager never came over to apologize for the delay. This place could be great. But needs an overhaul in management.

The pepperoni, bacon, mushroom, and black olives pizza I ordered was ready when it was said to be ready. Hot and fresh food like always. The cinnamon sticks were soft and evenly distributed with cinnamon. Best pizza place in town!

I’m giving 4 stars bc I love their food and most importantly the baked meat lasagna half tray is a go to for my family. Sometimes even when I have had last minute guests over and they have been pleased and pleasantly surprised at how good it was. However I have now order baked lasagna twice and it has arrived cold. It could be a delivery issue or ic could be not baking it long enough. I noticed the center is slightly colder than the outer pieces. I did let the store know the first time and the rectified by credit me. But the second time it happened I felt I would be seen as a nuisance calling again. I hope the next time I order there won’t be this issue.I would like to add that the price for lasagna had gone up $20 that nearly double! Overpriced now

I made a reservation for a party of 16 people with ease. The manager Riley was amazing and very kind and attentive to detail. I ordered in advance to make it easier to ensure we were done in an hour and half. Everything was right on time and the food was delicious! We had a great time and great experience.

Maciano’s never disappoints! Majority of the time we receive excellent food quality as ordered. If we have had any issues it is usually on a holiday or a special occasion when business is at a high but even on those occasions the manager will give us a percentage off our next order which is greatly appreciated!
