The morning manager, a white man with glasses, allowed a customer to return my sandwich to the heater because they handed the wrong mcgriddle out the drive thru window while I was doing dine in.
Sucks, 2 lanes open but avoided me over 3 cars in other lane. Don't know why I keep coming here but this place needs an overhaul on service. Not the first time bad service but will be the last time I come here.

My 5 year old could do this job better than the crew tonight. 5 out of eight items wrong. Also had me pull into parking space for drive thru just for the person to come out and go back inside because they couldn’t find my car in the spot labeled drive thru.

Food is good but it’s always so stinky in there. peeyew 🤮 seems like a plumbing issue my girlfriend threw up seriously!! stinky stinky stinky people are friendly but they gotta be blowing it up or something. do I need to bring yall pepto??

Today we went and it was horrible the table and the chairs were dirty they gave me the wrong burger and they forgot my bbq sauce and everybody had a horrible attitude😢

It is what it is. I like the consistency between locations except for one item. The iced vanilla coffee. I feel that each time I get it it has a major variance in the amount of creamer. Although exciting it isn't ideal

The lady at the drive thru on Sunday morning at 7 40 am is snotty and rude. Very poor attitude and doesn't know what their own greeting message at the kiosks says to do. Will not be back.

I understand it is Halloween night. I placed my order at 6:55 says my receipt didn't even get to the window to pay until 7:09 finally at 7;15 I made it to the window i was handed my drinks and told to pull to the third window, it is now almost 7:20 i ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a big Mac Meal and a ten piece nugget meal staff was very agitated didn't seem happy at all finally I got food at 7:26pm this is not fast food. I was a manager at Taco Bell for 10 years. Doesn't matter what day it is? How short staffed, this is not acceptable

The McDouble was “meh”, but the McChicken was good. I’m really giving this location. The four stars due to the friendliness of the manager. I came into this location during lunch on Thursday, August 30. I was greeted as I walked in and promptly told he’d be with me in a second. I value customer service and expect what I expect out to McDonald’s. I won’t be getting mcdouble again, but did appreciate the customer service of the MOD.
