I have lived in Yorkville for 14 years now and I have never been so disappointed in this McDonald’s. First of all when I ordered I ordered my big Mac with bacon no onions I got onions with no bacon I went back to complain and then I was charged another dollar 99 for more bacon and when I asked if you could just give me some fries or some thing he said no I have to get a refund on the card so now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my 199 back when they could’ve just given me a bag of fries this is the worst customer service this manager sucks his name is Alex and he was horrible he should be fired instantly! ?♀️ I know it’s only $1.99 but it’s the principle of it! Horrible Stear are clear of this McDonald’s

Ordered online and went to pick up the food there was a long wait that was ok with me. But because they took so long to get to me they told me it was past breakfast and wouldn’t give me the food, I already pre paid and was just there for a pick up. They wouldn’t even give me a refund so they basically stole my money and gave me nothing. Terrible experience.
I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a long time now, and not once have I experienced service as rude as this. I was told to pull up to the pay window after relaying my mobile order code, as is standard, which I typically then deny my receipt and pull forward to the second window. Today I just sat there at the pay window for about a minute before someone reached out of the second window and waved for me to pull forward. No issue, I get it, they’re not always fully staffed and they may have told me to go to the wrong window. When I arrived, I started to apologize and stated that I was told to go to the pay window, but before I could even finish my sentence, the employee just handed me my bag and closed the window. Not a single word was uttered to me. I’m just a little appalled still. There was absolutely no other cars in the drive thru at the time. It wasn’t a rush. The only saving grace is that my order was all correct, though my fries were completely lacking in salt.I’ve worked in multiple fast food restaurants around town, and not once have I ever provided the type of service that I received today. I’m sure they’ll keep getting business, but certainly not from me any more.
