I ordered online and came to pick up my order on time, it wasn’t ready. Then I went home opened my bag to my order being wrong I called and they corrected it but this store felt very unorganized compared to the other stores I’ve been to. So sad

My son and I ordered a to-go order at the front counter on 10/29/2024. When we got to the car and checked our, they had forgotten his side of steak bites. I checked the receipt and it didn't seem like I was charged for it. I went back in and it was a different girl at the counter. I asked her to look at my receipt and make sure I wasn't charged for the steak bites. I was not, so I placed and paid for an order. However, here is where the really cool part comes in. The girl who took my original order came over to apologize. I said "That is fine you probably just didn't hear us order it" and she said "No I remember you saying it I just made a mistake and didn't put it in the computer". WOW!!! She didn't have to come and apologize to me at all. She didn't have to admit her mistake and she could have just said "ya, I didn't hear it" and all would have been fine. BUT, this young lady took responsibility for her mistake and owned up to it and I was impressed. Much respect to her and the others at the restaurant. Also - the food was good!

The food is just kind of meh if I'm honest, the noodles were overcooked and charging $5 for three mediocre meatballs is crazy.

The person training was really nice but the person training him was rude. All other noodles and companies I get my pot stickers fried. They refused to do it at this on.. my main restaurant is noodles and company and I will NEVER return to this one.

Food was hot and tasty. Got UberEats delivered and the order was correct and great. Nice easy location right off 47 with a drive thru if you do decide to go. Plenty of parking out front.

Not appetizing when you are eating your food and see the employee making the noodles take off his hat, run his fingers through his hair, wipe them on his jeans then grab a handful of cooked noodles and stuff them into a container. Never saw anyone wash their hands, no gloves are used, they are touching all the good with their hands as they touch everything else. Will not be returning to this location.
I eat gluten free and had ordered ahead but I made the mistake of ordering normal noodles instead of gluten free. This is an allergy so it is a major deal when this happens so I asked to order a new one due to my mistake. The staff immediately made me a new one, free of charge. It was so kind especially since it was my mistake. Thank you to the team working tonight - you guys rock!

Noodles and company is good, most of the time. I get the pad Thai, and this is the only location where I have to consistently order extra sauce. At this point I think they are making it dry on purpose. For the first time I found a hair right on top of my food just as I opened it. Don’t get me wrong, the food here is good, but the cleanliness and portion size needs to get stepped up.
