Quality and portions have gone through the floor as prices continue to rise. Half salad with no protein for $7 was less than half a tiny container. Swearing off the whole chain for life. Will never spend another dollar at Panera again. Can’t wait for the company to go out of business.

Yummy counter service food. Great selection that updates often. Fresh soups, salads, sandwiches, and bakery items with a consistency you can count on.

Nice to have a chain that isn't crap food!

I was so disappointed. We wanted to try their croissant toast sandwiches. What a rip off, 8 bucks for 2 slices of lunch meat and a slice of cheese with they asiago onion spread. Nothing else, a 2.50 cent sandwich for 8 dollars! I have only been to Panera a few times but I can't see wasting money to go back.

This used to be one of my favorite Paneras to go to; the customer service was phenomenal. The past 4-5 months the service has been really slow. We order online for pickup or dine-in because of issues with my kiddo needing her food to be ready when we get there or serious meltdowns occur (ASD) and it is rarely ready on time with the expected time given. Today it said given the size of the order, the expected time was pushed out to 30 min… we had two sandwiches, an apple juice and a coffee. We probably won’t be coming back here again. This is ridiculous.

I only like their soups, which is the tomato soup with french baguette, very simple and delicious snack or breakfast

$9 for a bowl of soup, a half of a bowl that is. I asked if it was supposed to be half full, and they said yes 😔

I returned after quite a while thinking give it another chance. The coffee was cold, it was my son and I, we did pick 2 but ordered a large soup so we would actually get some, didn't come close to half and watery. My salad was dry. $38.00 For this is crazy

Panera is a bit overpriced. However, if you get the sip club you have found something great! Everything there is super high quality and it is a great atmosphere to get work done! I average 3 drinks per day here! What great value

Panera Bread is a great spot for fresh, flavorful meals. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup and sandwiches are always delicious, and the bakery items are a treat! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Quick service makes it perfect for dining in. The dining area was also kept very clean and had great seasonal decorations up!
