I returned after quite a while thinking give it another chance. The coffee was cold, it was my son and I, we did pick 2 but ordered a large soup so we would actually get some,didn't come close to half and watery. My salad was dry. $38.00 For this is crazy

Panera is a bit overpriced. However, if you get the sip club you have found something great! Everything there is super high quality and it is a great atmosphere to get work done! I average 3 drinks per day here! What great value

Panera Bread is a great spot for fresh, flavorful meals. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup and sandwiches are always delicious, and the bakery items are a treat! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Quick service makes it perfect for dining in. The dining area was also kept very clean and had great seasonal decorations up!

Veggies (lettuce etc) was limp and meat just adequate on my sandwich. Tables were dirty; we cleaned our own. And it was not crowded at all. Not a good lunch for the high price.

The lady at checkout was very nice. That being said there were also flies on the cookies in the display case! Then I ordered the turkey ham sandwich a half with two small macaroni and cheese. The sandwich was actually good but the macaroni and cheese was lukewarm and in a runny cheese sauce. I am used to Panera at a certain level. This one simply did not make the cut, I won’t be back! If it was possible, I would’ve given 2 1/2 stars
Panera is very inconsistent, there seems to be no standards of prep. Each time I order like a bowl/salad, it looks different. The one I had last night looked like food scraps for a dog bowl, avocado had 3 small green-brownish pieces, they smash the dressing containers on top of the food, was minimal greens. If the prep kitchen was making the food for themselves or their family, it wouldn’t look like what we get. I think I’m done with Panera (especially the Yorkville IL location)

Definitely got catfished once I saw what I received vs what the app advertised when ordering through the app. Also, they dont mention the amount of ounces for the soups just the "Bowl" and "Cup". The salad was nothing like image as shown and did not taste fresh. Overpriced and bad quality for what you paid for. ?

I love going here but they took hot chocolate off the menu?? We were shocked!The tables in the morning don't seem to get wiped down. Some mornings we had a hard time finding a clean spot to eat.Plus some of the place needs cleaned better and/or is starting to look run down. We went every week but have chosen another place
