“I’ll see if my driver wants to go back to your house.” That’s what I was told when I called them to tell them they brought us the wrong 2 Liter of Pepsi. “We tried to contact you.” They had the wrong number. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the Yorkville Papa John’s. I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was 2 hours late. After refusing to tip the driver he flipped me off. Not sure who’s in charge at this location, but they need management changes.

What a waste of money!!!! It was all gross we didn't even eat it. Ended up throwing it away. The wings are fake. It's just store chicken nuggets with sauce. Then the "garlic Parmeasen" bread sticks were just regular bread no garlic or cheese NOTHING. The pizza was cold the cheese wasn't melted it was so soggy that it just fell apart. It was gross $100 wasted. NEVER NEVER going back. But the service and people were nice. The food is awful.

Pre ordered a pizza to be delivered 3 min away from them at 11am. Turns out, Door Dash does all their daytime deliveries and delivered it 30 min early. Also, because of this, you're charged $4.99 for the delivery!!! ?? That's some bull?! Then the manager tells me they have no control over this..?! Well for the driver to deliver the pizza 30 min early, that means YOU made and cooked the pizza WAY TOO EARLY!So now, my child can eat cold pizza for lunch?. No where does it mention they used Door Dash and the cost while placing an on-line order with them! Waste of $35. Won't be using them for lunch orders ever again!

Travis was amazing. He proactively realized that we didn’t take advantage of a deal and fixed for us. Rare thing to see now a days. He ensured we will be a repeat customer.
I worked at this location under 3 different owners in 3 years... Not a single one of them ever gave a single care about the employees or the customers. they never order what they need to order, they never have the staff that they need, and nobody ever did their job 100% properly. we used terrible excuses and modified order times to delay service due to poorly planned operations constantly. then when I was finally let go under false pretenses they denied my unemployment claim.. id have to say that in my experience this location is doomed to fail in general and that papa johns never showed an ounce of care for any of their discrepancies.

The service at this location was great. I was helped in a timely manner, and the staff were friendly.The pizza was awesome. We had the stuff crust, a medium cheese, and cheese sticks. Everything tasted great. We will definitely be back to this spot again.

Ordered their new papa bowl and some garlic parmesan breadsticks. The breadsticks were dry with next to no topping and the bowl was really watery. I called them and they sent out a replacement. I really don't recommend the bowl thing tho. It was spicy which is fine but otherwise didn't have much taste. Breadsticks were much better tho. The second driver seemed like he was expecting a tip too, which after all the fees they charge, i don't think we should have to tip on top of but I did tip the original driver, so I wasn't tipping again. I have noticed over the past few times I've ordered that the quality of the food has gone down. The workers just throw it together with little ingredients and overcook it so the crusts are too hard to eat. Only reason why I have been still ordering from them is because they deliver to where I live. If it weren't for the fact that they replaced my order right away and the breadsticks were better this time they would've gotten less stars.
