My boyfriend & I ordered food for pick up. Pizza and pasta. After he gets off for the food and is inside for 15 mins still waiting I decide to get out the car and ask him what’s taking so long. (I figured him being the sociable person he is and also owning a restaurant he was networking) once inside I realize he must have gone to the restroom. I am greeted by the owner (a woman) and I tell her I’m waiting for my food. She doesn’t realize my boyfriend and I came together and proceeds to talk about my boyfriend right in front of me. She asks “what’s up with that weird guy out there like is he seriously just smoking?” She had a disgusted facial expression. I proceed to tell her that’s my boyfriend he’s not outside he’s actually in the bathroom, and we have been waiting for our food for 30 mins! Her face dropped when she realized she was talking about my partner!!!! I’ve been here twice and each time I feel like I’m treated differently because I am hispanic.
The first time I came with a girlfriend the male owner thought we dined and dashed and RAN TO OUR TABLE TO SEE IF WE PAID. if you are a person of color save yourself and take your money to an establishment that protects and uplifts their community NO MATTER THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN.

Tried somewhere new tonight…UH MAY ZING!!!! Everything was delicious and the service was top notch. Complimentary dough balls for the kiddos to play with=all screen devices were left untouched! The cheese curds were so creamy, the supreme pizza had a fabulous smokey flavor and crispy crust, the fettuccine Alfredo with parm crusted chicken was fierce, and the fench onion soup of the day is our son’s new favorite soup EVER!! Didn’t get a chance to taste our other son’s bacon Mac and Cheese with parm shrimp, but he kept silent while stuffing his face. WE WILL BE BACK.

After my first time at Parma I brought my husband back, he's a meatball specialist and he's also not easily impressed. Its become one of our favorite places now. The food has been hot and fresh each time, our server both times, Arianna has been consistent in her attentive service; she's kind and very pleasant. The only down sides are #1 it's very expensive, just for lunch - we spent over $80 for 3 appetizers, a side salad, and 2 waters! And #2 the dining rooms are kind of dark in lighting and the booths are absolutely uncomfortable, no kind of cushions or backrests anywhere in sight. We will continue to come back but we can't drop money like that on the regular.

It was my first time here, and honestly, I probably won’t be back. The food was average, but the prices felt above average. Our waitress did try hard, though she seemed a bit overwhelmed. The atmosphere really depends on where you’re seated.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs to go for my daughter and a salad. Order said would b ready between 5:18 and 5:23. Had to wait in the restaurant for 20 mins cause it was not ready and when I got home there were no meatballs in the spaghetti and it looked like they threw a handful of noodles from someone else's order in a tiny to go container and charged 13 dollars for it. If only I could attach a photo of what I recieved cuz I am speechless.

I don't think I've ever been quite so disappointed in a restaurant. We walked in a little after 8 and were seated. Waited 10 minutes, server popped over, said she would be with us shortly and that she was sorry for the wait. Waited again as she served everyone else. She finally came over again at 8:26 and asked us to leave telling us the kitchen was closed.

Why were we seated & given menus if the kitchen was closing? Why were we let to sit there for 20+ minutes with no service?

Zero stars.

Ordered a cocktail, waited 20 minutes and had to ask if it was coming, mind you the restaurant was not busy, when the drinks came we were informed it was a new bartender, ordered soup and salad, waited 20 minutes, asked waitress if it was coming , she goes, Oh, I thought you wanted it with dinner. Food came was ok, spicy chicken pizza was horrible. Never was asked if we needed refills on water, tea or soda, won’t be back for awhile, especially since it was 4 adults and 1 child order and bill was 200 bucks. Needless to say this is my second bad experience at this restaurant and I really don’t think I would be going back.

Great pizza!

Server was great. She was running all over trying to take care of her tables. Drinks always refilled.

Food was great. Not a fan of how they now serve the Focaccia. Bigger pieces were better. Doughballs were great. All entrées very good.

Service was slightly slow, but pepperoni and sausage pizza was good.

On Saturday May 10th we came to Parma for lunch. Only one other table was occupied and the waitress came and took our order. After 15 minutes, we still didn’t get our drinks. I flagged down the busboy and he found our waitress. I reminded her that we never got our drinks. About 10 minutes later, I had to call her again to bring our drinks. When she brought them to us she just slammed them down on the table and walked away. We were shocked! When the food came out, she put our blackened chicken sandwich down $16…it came on a plate with nothing on the plate but the sandwich. We paid an extra $7 for the garden side salad. The chicken sandwich was very good. We ordered a small white pizza and that was not good at all. I have been waiting to go to Parma for a long time and the building itself is lovely. When the waitress brought our check, she said…”Don’t worry about a tip”!!! NO KIDDING! Spend your money somewhere else. We eat out a lot and have never had service like that..or had such an ignorant waitress. We were upset about the whole thing for the rest of the day. NEVER again. EVER! Receipt said that our server was Bee W.
