Walked up to get food at 4pm with a fat sign on the door that said open until 8pm, doors locked lights are all on, someone was in there eating Cesar's pizza with their coat up but not answering the knocks or the multitude of phone calls we tried to get in for. not even worth one star.

Came on Tuesday for my birthday, sign on door stating they were closed until Wednesday. Came Wednesday still closed, came again next Tuesday at 6 and they close at 8... Closed.

I should have known to listen to the past reviews that this place has a massive problem communicating hours of operation. I called at 6pm on a Saturday with no answer or message stating they were closed. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Naperville where they seem to be reliable unlike this horrible place.

I'm a frequent visitor to Sea Shack Cajun Style, and it never disappoints. The food is fantastic, and the simplicity and speed of service are impressive. Every visit feels like being welcomed by a great host. I have a hunch that it's a family-run place, which is a double bonus for me. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next meal there!

Really bummed, we planned on coming here for our anniversary. Google said open until 8 pm, we get there at 7:12 pm and the sign on the door says they stop seating an hour before closing. There was no one in there so we hoped they would still take us, but nope. Another couple came a minute after us and they got turned down too. I’m just so confused why this isn’t on their website somewhere (and also why they gave up two sets of customers when there was literally no one in there more than 45 minutes before closing). Oh well. We went to Hacienda Real instead and had a great time.

Sad. I'm sure the seafood is good. But I came for the pho and they no longer have it. It is what it is. It would be nice to see it go back on the menu.

The food was okay. I got the large pork pho with a can of sprite and the noodles were over cooked. They were so overdone they were mushy. The service was bare minimum. The price of my large pho read $10.99 on the menu; but I saw on the sign on the wall that all of the prices went up by $2. Somehow she charged me $22 before the tip. I questioned this and she said the prices went up, but the pho should’ve been $12.99. I’m not sure of the cost of the can of sprite, but I know it wasn’t $7. She said she over charged me and gave me $2.17 back in cash. But even then, the $13 large pho and the small can of sprite shouldn’t have been $20 before the tip. I’m from out of state and I was just stopping on the way to get lunch- so I just said ‘whatever’ because I had to leave to drive 4 hours home. The food was mediocre, service was bad, and she did some weird stuff to make my total so much extra.
