Not sure if I'm spelling her name right but, Amelia is amazing! Super pleasant and cheerful, and works with a sense of urgency (even when there is no reason) making sure the wait is minimal. Service is not always 5 starts but most definitely is when she is there! Keep smiling Amelia, it doesn't go unnoticed šŸ˜‰

This place is always a hit or miss. They might forget something then they might not. I asked for spicy and got regular. Again hit or miss. The only thing I would say is semi consistent is the service is always friendly.

Hours on Google and Popeye's website are both wrong for Monday night. Ordered through the app at 10:20pm and when I went to pick it up the store was already closed for the night. Google and their website both say they close at midnight. There's no excuse for not updating the hours and still allowing orders to come through.

I’ve been to this location around 5 times in the last month. Every time I ask for a plain sandwich (I’m very allergic to cucumbers so I can’t have pickles) and I still get a sandwich with pickles. Never once have I been apologized to, only ā€œoh okā€ when I bring up the issue. They do NOT care here.

I live 20 minutes away so it doesn’t exactly help that this location has never once answered their phone.

If you want to support a franchise because the service is good - this is not the place. Half of the employees don’t even seem to understand a majority of your dialogue.

If you want Popeyes for the food and don’t care about the service, I’d still recommend you go elsewhere because the food here is usually pretty trash compared to other nearby locations.

Customer Service is not a top priority at this location which includes some management members. Most of the time the chicken is dry and overcooked. This is so disappointing as I really like the way Popeyes chicken is suppose to taste.

We at inside and the gentlemen on break was eating at a table was going back to the kitchen not washing his hands and helping himself to the chicken. That’s kind of gross

I cam tonight through the drive-thru and relayed my order. No problem. Made it home and opened my boxes (ordered 2pc large combo) ND all I had was a piece of chicken and biscuit in each box. Where are the fries??? I tried calling the listed number multiple times but it only rings busy. I had to drive all the way back. I get in and the workers who serviced me at the window were talling amongst themselves. The woman who was dressed in an unzipped hoodie and black t-shirt turnes to look at me and I explained what happened. I continued to explain and she scoffed, smirked and walked away dragging her feet AS I WAS STILL SPEAKING. The gentleman with the hazel eyes quickly turned to give me fries and he was kind enough to establish eye contact and apologize. I wasn't offered fresh/warm chicken despite the what 30+min that it took from when I got home to returning to the store to complain. So I made it home with my cold chicken and warm fries. I told the second worker thank you and he was kind but she was rude. If she doesn't like handling customer complaints she should not work in the hospitality field. Be courteous and respectful to your customers! Her behavior was insulting and disrespectful. Do your job right and there won't be complaints! Thank you to the gentleman who was compassionate, but the other worker needs some coaching and retraining in respect and customer service. Your store makes a mistake you do not scoff, smirk and walk away. You fix the problem!

This place always 1 + 1 = 6 I ordered 4 pieces of chicken signature which is very clear in the menu $ 9.29 I she charged me $14 instead , it doesn't make any sense, the other day I ordered 3 pieces I only got wings bones and skin :( simply unbelievable !! for me no more trying :(

Arrived and told my food was picked up by someone already. Asked for a manager and when he came he stood there like an idiot not knowing what to say or how to handle the situation. No training or experience handling these situations.
