Ordered dark meat..got mixed chicken was so over cooked it was dehydrated on the edges of the white, meat. So dry you couldn't eat it.

As soon as i saw my order was number 1 i knew something would be off… my meal was not fresh . ITS 8:30pm. It tasted like the chicken had been sitting there all day ofc wasn’t even warm & when i tried to call it was just dial tone.. & i asked for no ice, guess what was in my drink..ICE 🤧

Love this location!!! And everyone is so nice??(this is really rare in fast food these days sadly😞) 😊I come every weekend night and the workers are really the best. Everyone here is really doing their job right😄and the food is ALWAYS delicious to boot!!

Make sure before leaving drive throu that you have fresh sandwiches.
Unfortunately I got home and choose not to waste gas going back and tossed my Classic Chicken sandwich because the bun was harder then a rock.
Update:
Decided to go back and complain to management.
I pulled through drive up window and had shown them the dryed up sandwiches.
They proceeded to tell me where to park, I no longer backed into spot and 2 new Classic Chicken Sandwiches were placed.
I of course checked these sandwiches out and the bread was hard once again and the Chicken was cold. I proceeded to go into Popeyes where I requested to be refunded my money. I got the creepiest glare from the cook, which makes me wonder what he would have done to the food 3rd time around.
After they refunded the money they said that I could take the food with me, but seriously why would I want the food that wasn't fit for eating. I reply NO THANKS and walked out the door!
I didn't come to Popeyes to get freebies, I wanted a Classic Chicken Sandwich that should have been make right the first time.
They totally lost my business in Yorkville, Illinois.
Maybe the health inspector needs to be called in if the Chicken is sitting around and isn't up to the health inspectors codes.
