⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Great Cheese Pizza & Friendly Service!
Stopped by Rosati’s in Yorkville for a pick-up order and was really impressed. The cheese pizza was exactly what I was hoping for—hot, fresh, and perfectly cheesy with that classic Rosati’s flavor. Crust was just right: crisp on the outside, soft inside. You can tell they know what they’re doing.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was super friendly and had my order ready right on time. It made the whole experience quick and pleasant. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for a solid pizza with great service. I’ll be back!

I ordered two pizzas and two slices of pizza for $67. Not a cheap dinner. But they have excellent pizza and my entire family likes their pizza. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was told there was only one slice left. I do not understand how I can order food and not find out it is sold out until I get there. If there were slices available when I called to place the order, why were they not put aside with my two pizzas for when I came to pick them up? If they ran out of slices after I placed my order, they still had time to make more slices. This is just another example of restaurants, not caring about their customers any longer. I order from Olive Garden on a regular basis. I’ve never shown up to pick up my order and they said I’m sorry we just sold the last plate of spaghetti. Would you like lasagna instead?

I order a 12” 2 topping pizza it was very terrible. It had so much sauce on it barely any cheese that when I pulled a slice off all the toppings came right off. I didn’t have time to go back because I’m on break but I will not be returning to this location EVER

I decided to try Rosattis in Yorkville as it was close to the hotel I was staying at and had a craving for a deep dish pizza.I entered the restaurant thru the carryout area where I placed the order and then paid for it.The girl who took the order stated it would take about 25 minutes which unfortunately ended up being 47 minutes.During this extended wait time,I observed at least 2 people returning to the restaurant to pick up orders that had to be re done.I also observed 2 of the staff eating and vaping in the area directly behind the cash register.I did have a guy ask me for the name on the order as he was supposed to check on it but I did not recieve a status.When I eventually got my Pizza,the top of the crust was black almost all the way around except for one small section which was not burnt.This would indicate to me that their oven has hot spots and that their cooks are not moving them around during the cooking process.I would rate the food as a C+ but the service on the evening that I visited was a definite F.
