We have gone to this location multiple times and never had a problem. This last time we went 2 of the 3 drinks were made terrible. We always get the same thing so we know what it's supposed to taste like. Ever since it took over new ownership, it's not the same. I asked for a refund for the 2 drinks They said I had to do it on the app since I ordered it online. Nowhere on the app. Is there a refund request It said to call the store. I called again to let them know and they said no. I do not recommend going to this location. If I could give it zero Stars I would. Customer service is terrible, when I went in it was dirty.

Not exactly sure what time you open. Website says 7 am and there isn’t even an employee here at that time . Maybe they are late or maybe the website is wrong . Either way the issue needs to be resolved so people that go to the gym and them work can actually get what you offer . I guess Ill just get a gas station protein shake ! 😠

I don't know how anyone could give less than 5 stars. I'm a true foodie and am very picky. I've tried two different smoothies and they were both amazing. The workers/owners are incredibly pleasant and work fast and efficiently, while maintaining a very sanitary environment. I'm impressed.
