Since the Yorkville Smoothie King location opened here I have been a frequent customer. I do have to say since the new management has taken over, there has been a very good change! Their attention to customer service is amazing. They are always beyond polite, friendly, and attentive! Although I usually know what I am ordering when I come in, I have over heard numerous times when other customers come in and are unsure of what to order. Without hesitation they kindly inquire what the customer is looking for and are very knowledgeable about what kind of smoothie to suggest. It’s so nice to go there now and know I will get the best service! Plus the smoothies taste wonderful! Great job Yorkville smoothie king!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I came and ordered my usual smoothie and I found a piece of metal in it I almost swallowed. It was so sharp it could cut through my fingers when I squeeze it. And it was attracting to my magnet…

We get our Smoothie King from this store very frequently - although conveniently close, it is the best one around in our opinion, and we have tried others. The staff is friendly, fast and generous. The mango ginger metabolism boost is a favorite, and the açaí bowls are addicting and satisfyingly refreshing. Get your Smoothie King fix from this store - you won’t be disappointed!
