I’m assuming it was a manager who took our order. I paid with a gift card. I used the amount on the card and simply asked her if she could throw it away. She stepped back, and in a patronizing high pitched snarky voice and forced grin told me there are many beautiful options to pick from on the premises. I thought that was extremely rude and I felt like walking out. I didn’t know I had asked her to do something so taxing. I would never go back.

I always look forward to my visits to Starbucks, and it’s largely because of Faris! Not only does he remember my order every time, but he also greets me with a warm, friendly smile that makes my day better. His exceptional service and attention to detail make me feel like a valued customer, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. His kindness and consistency keep me coming back. Thank you for always making my experience so enjoyable!

Service is great and drinks are still solid but… what is going on with the inside? It’s so cold and uninviting. The tables and chairs are undersized and rock hard and cold. There’s no comfort to it at all. It’s like a workplace break room design but worse. It’s clear they don’t want people sitting inside anymore and it’s sad it’s such a miserable atmosphere

Okay so I go in for a venti cold brew with cream. And a bunch of people come in for all these fancy drinks after me. Everyone got their stuff before I did as I was still standing there there. A worker saw me and even asked what did you have and I told her and I thought she was going to take care of it and she did not. 7 people there working, it was not crazy busy like they normally are, yet I hear I stood a returning customer that just got left to the side, poor service

The drink I ordered for my wife was correct which was great.
However I have two issues with the drive thru system. It took 14 mins to make it to the window(12:25pm-12:39pm). So long wait times for one drink is not ideal.
Second issue is I went to pay, and they ask to TIP in the drive thru. Just a bad practice by Starbucks. I would tip if I sat down and someone served me at a table, not for someone handing a drink to me in a drive thru. It would be worth stopping that practice to speed up drive thru times as well as it could save 10-20 seconds per transaction.

The only complaint I have is that I wish they made the drinks more consistently. I get the same drink every time I go there and it tastes very different each and every time I get it.

Waited an hour for one coffee. Whenever I would ask about my order, I was dismissed because “the app said you’re order is ready because your food is.” I knew my food was done, since I had been holding it for 40 minutes waiting for my drink. I just wanted to know how much longer the wait would be. After that I walked away and waited for 20 more minutes. Still no drink. When I went up to ask about my drink again, the barista said “you’re still here” in a snarky tone. She then asked what my order was, I read it off to her emphasizing the decaf part of my order since I have a heart condition that causes me to pass out when I have caffeine. My coffee was still made wrong. I ordered a white peppermint mocha. There is absolutely no mocha in it, and it tastes like she poured the whole peppermint syrup bottle in the cup. Unfortunately I didn’t realize any of this until after I left. 10 minutes after I started drinking my coffee, I noticed my heart rate was a lot faster than normal (a sign that I was given caffeine opposed to decaf). This isn’t the biggest deal in the world, but hopefully you guys will learn why people ask for a specific coffee like caf or decaf. Also maybe take some notes on customer service. The manager was very dismissive to anyone who had a question about their order due to it being made wrong or taking longer than the app stated.

I’ve supported this Starbucks many times and have had mostly positive experiences. Today however was the second time I experienced terrible customer service. The first time my iced coffee had big chunks of almond milk in it. When I asked for a new one without chunks I was told it was ok to drink, that it just wasn’t shaken well enough to break up the chunks. I had to ask again for a new one and got a nasty look like I was rude for asking them to make my $7 coffee the way it should be made. Today I placed a mobile order at 6:20 and arrived at 6:30 to pick it up. It wasn’t on the counter. I stood there and watched a few orders come and go, none of which had my name or were the size or type of drink I ordered. At 6:23 I walked around to the register to ask how much longer it might be and check if it has been out and someone else maybe grabbed it. I was calm and understanding, not rude or accusatory. The lady at the register walked around to where they put out the drinks and the barista held it up and stated in a demeaning tone “I made this a while ago” and scoffed, as if it had been sitting there the whole time. As if I’m crazy and made an error in not seeing it. I can assure you it was not. I couldn’t stay to share my experience with the manager because I had to get to work but I did call right away. I explained what had happened and that I didn’t appreciate being lied to and treated like I had done something wrong. That I wasn’t upset that the drink wasn’t out and if they had just said “oops” it would have been fine. The problem happened when they tried to gaslight me. The manager then argued back “but your drink was there, I don’t see the problem”…. I explained again that it was not and that I don’t appreciate being lied to and would expect honesty from them moving forward. It seems to be a thing here that when you call out an error, rather than acknowledging it and fixing it or saying sorry, they fight back and act like you’re the problem. Between these experiences I won’t risk going back to this location and wouldn’t recommend others go there either. Theres one just a few minutes away inside the Jewel on orchard that has always been on point, I’d go there instead!

This location never gets my drink correct. Consistently wrong. It's like they're trying to save money by not giving the correct number of pumps...will not order from here anymore.
Great mood and great service
